You're getting it wrong. The ticket was zoned to the south and there was a contest. Obj won that contest in PDP while Olu Falae won Bola Ige for the AD ticket. AD later merged with ANPP and the flag bearer of ANPP agreed to be the running mate to the AD candidate.
