Earlier this year I suffered same thing.
Mine was even worst, I had 3.9million someone sent me for Paypal funds in the account.
My saving grace was my account officer, she was my classmate.
She told me the particular transaction that triggered the lock.
I went to the police and made a statement cause the transaction was even suspicious when it happened.
I went next day with a lawyer to the bank I was arrested but was released same day cause I was heavily pregnant and had my evidence handy.
The only thing I was told was to come every morning to the station for question and for me to help the investigation.
Unfortunately, someone came and asked me my rate for Bitcoin, I told him.
He asked for my account I gave him, he sent me money not knowing he used my account to collect kidnap ransom.

The only way I guarantee that my works pass integrity tests is to keep doing things the right way every time. Each building has a building plan and it should be studied and all the specifications followed. Building is a science, and there are processes to be followed to get things right.

I usually have very knowledgeable persons around each of my building sites at the critical stages of the construction, to avoid any oversize on my part. There are times we run into difficult plans, and new methods or new styles of construction, the best thing to do is to ensure that someone who is an expert with that type of work comes around to supervise that part of the project.

Forget governments building control task force or staff, they may never visit your site after you pay them, the onus then lies on you to use the best building methods and observe every good building process in making sure the building comes out perfect.

Every builder is only as good as their last job, so I will love to be remembered for a well built, beautiful house, that's the only way I can guarantee myself of more projects.

You can measure your builder by hiring another professional to appear on site at intervals to monitor the processes, and report the results to you.

Spyder, instead of chatting U up privately for this, I want to ask here for others to benefit..

As you are a builder, how do U guarantee Ur clients that d houses U are building passes the structural and integrity test d keep talking about each time a building falls?

Who does this tests and evaluations, esp for all these storey buildings U do..

I have a contractor handling my project and a contract he had signed on building to standard practice, but how do I measure or know this? Cos to me that contract na English, since I don't even know these tests....

Please guide us on this

We've done all those things, tiles, rubber glazing, smooth plastering, slanted tops, everything.

My brother, its a long story. Using the top of a building as a base to mount the water tanks has been a practice which was popular back then. But not anymore.

Firstly, a homeowner who wants tanks to be on his rooftop will have to plan this from the start, and so there should be provisions made for the additional load of the water tanks in the structural drawings of the building. The nature and functionality of 5he tanks should also be planned to details.

Going back to what I was saying, water tanks has caused so much damage to houses that people started looking elsewhere for their water storage needs, like stand alone overhead tanks and metal towers. There is always the issue of leaks, either from the water being pumped or leaks from the tanks itself, even rainfall can cause some water to remain at the tank base if it's at the top of a house.

These leaks find it's way into the core of the building, degrading the materials like concrete and iron rods which starts to rust. Over the years there might be structural failures which will damage the house, if not causing a building collapse entirely. The leakage also defaces the house, you will see some houses with algae growing around the walls, it's always very unsightly.

I learnt there are new ways of doing it with tiles to avoid waterlogging or being wet.. In my city, nobody puts tank on These irons, is all on the base

Practical Nursing Program is a diploma course and with your degrees (BSc and MSc) I don't see a reasonable progression. The course you should apply for will be contingent on your work experience and not your previous education.

So many times, I don't even know where to start.

Secondly, we were in the church praying and singing to God, then people started screaming and shouting, the presence of God was so thick, that was the first time I saw the presence of God so thick in a place. No one can stand the glory of God, the shekinah glory.

We were in the church one time, as we were praying in tongues for hours, the prayer got intense, a young boy took a book and started writing some strange language, uptil now none of us could interpret what he wrote but he later said what he wrote in English by the spirit of God through prophecy, because God is not an author of confusion.

Go to a church or gathering where the presence of God is and you will see the raw power of God, some churches these days don't have the presence of God there, that's why people go there and go home the same way.

Like I said no one can stand the full glory of God, the first day I felt just small glory of God in a place, I was overwhelmed that day, I wasn't myself that day, was running around the church crying and screaming 'cause I couldn't stand the glory, I was thoroughly slained.
