The National President of Association of Beauty Pageant and Fashion Exhibition Organisers of Nigeria, ABPFEON Mr. Olufunsho Ajagbonna popularly known as King Fajag has been honoured with the prestigious award of Pageant Icon of the Year 2022.

This is in recognition of his contributions to the development of tourism and youths in Nigeria.

He was presented on Friday at his office by Chris Events & Model Company, organisers of Miss Imo Pageant. Mr. Chris Ikoku was in company of the newly crowned Miss Imo Queens.

He was accompanied by his friend and colleague, Kingsley Amako, the Chairman Committee on Business Development and other Related Matters of Association of Beauty Pageant and Fashion Exhibition Organisers of Nigeria, ABPFEON.

King Fajag who was elected president of the association earlier in the year therefore expressed gratitude to the entire pageant and fashion industry, friends, family, FDN patrons and sponsors.

He said the award is a challenge to do more, assuring that he will give his best in ensuring that the industry makes meaningful contribution in the development of tourism in Nigeria.

I saw a list shared to clearing agents. Total surface for 2000-13 camry is 792k, shipping charges is not inclusive, agents profit is not inclusive, I dont see how final clearing can be 960k sha, but if u insist I might just be using your contact ooo.

200k covers all those other charges. Shipping charge is about 86k. So total amount to clear that range of Camry is 960k. I know someone who cleared an 03 Camry last week.
Nb: Total surface cannot be 729k. Impossible. It's around 300k

I am sure surface duty(total) for 2000-13 camry is almost 800k.
U pay shipping charges a d all the undocumented charges almost another 200k.
Give or take clearing agent will go home with 200k.
I am guessing before it was around 550k

clearing 06 Camry then was 550k. Clearing 2000 to 2013 now is 960k. These amounts mentioned covers shipping charges and all other fees. These are the total clearing amount the importer pays the agent.

I've got an ES350 2011 model for sell. It arrived at the port on the 9th of June and hasn't been cleared.
I only want my cost price which is 4M as I'm not selling for profit. So buyer just needs to finish up the clearance and give me my cost price. It was bought from copart.

The 4M is my cost price which I have paid already. By finishing up the clearance, I mean paying the balance which has been requested to bring out the car from the port..it also include fixing. This brings total amount buyer will spend for the ride to total of 5.2M

sorry about your ordeal. Most of us were caught by the new policy. However if you bought it 4m, the balance can't be 1.2m as the duty is about 2m. The true landing cost is approximately 3m. At that price, you are likely to get a buyer.

It's the end of the road for the camry 02-06 and there likes, landing cost is close to 4m, plus sellers profit will take it a little above 4m.
I understand the NCS policy and it should be applauded but it's always a case of the cart before the horse when it comes to policy implementation in Nigeria.
I suppose local assembling plants and manufacturers should have been put in place and empowered to produce cars that will fill the void of 2m-4m cars no matter how basic the car is. This will drive the much needed industrialization.

no. You are wrong about Camry. The difference is about 500k. So landing cost will not be 4m. Difference for corolla is about 400k. The problem is with Lexus and Mercedes. Those ones na die. I cleared an 08 ml350 in March for 600. That same 08 is about 2.6m now. Difference of 2m.

Also right now I doubt if you will find any foreign used car below 4m.
Except the seller doesn't plan on replacing the car

was there any recall for that, the 2010 ml 350 has same issue with the back boot too thereby damaging the back sam when it’s raining

back boot isn't the problem but the tail light. There is a rubber seal at the right tail light that degrades over time and allows water to seep into the compartment for the back sam. The seal is sold online.
