it's funny how we spend countless pages abusing ourselves over our preferred players but when the real matter dey on ground na results like this we dey get. Let's use our time progressively. At least argue about the best tactics and coach for the team lol

After today we need to discuss Musa's role as captain
very very true. I dont really understand . national team is not a rehabilitation center.there is no business musa being in the field where there are other players playing week in week out. Is rohr trying to treat ejuke the way he maltreated onyekuru. This man needs to be examined . what is his goal?

Lol.we go still mess up.we need a new COACH
. On point!!! . the match was lost today because of the coach. That guy lacks technical know how. The sanusi you guys were criticizing is the best player for me today. How can one person run the whole left wing up and down. What was the role of musa. Abeg I don tire . rohr should be sacked
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by chuks404: 7:18pm On Nov 13, 2020
My biggest pain in this match is osimhen's injury. Rohr is a big scam , i was thinking he knew what he was doing. Seriously those monikers that saw this earlier that the man knows nothing kudos to you. The guy need to be sacked. This is unacceptable. How can u not play compact. What is the essence of bringing in iheanacho? So much primary school errors. The coach carries the major blame.

its Serria Leone bro.. if they can't link up against them then they have no biz in the national team..

even kwara United will do more linking up,
. What the guy said is true. Sierra Leona is no push over bro. Osihmen is good . onuachu needs to learn
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by chuks404: 8:26pm On Nov 12, 2020
I prefer aina as a LWB or RWB, or even LB or RB if I need goals especially when chasing a game(he will be coming in as substitute) because the guy is good offensively but can make unwanted errors defensively. ebuehi can play those roles but he has good defensive sense but not as offensive as aina. Truth is that injuries didn't help the guy's career. Before he was snatched by benfica , he was ascribed as one of the best in the league . in fact some top articles were asking Netherlands not to allow Nigeria grab him. The guy is soo good. By next two years, we will have clearer picture of the two players. Truth comes with time. Both are good additions to eagles depending on the coach philosophy. I also believe aina to be great if he works on his defensive attributes though it comes with age and he is young.

it won't be that bad... Zaidu would be bombing forward to cover that left flank grin

On a more serious note, Rohr should try playing Iwobi on the wings again sometimes... Especially when Onuachu starts ... Iwobi seems to be the best crosser of the ball among our wingers..
. I agree.

Rohr's likely lineup.
. The formation is nice. My issue is the midfield pair of aribo and etebo. Hmm
Both like to join attack. Who will sit back to defend ?

You can't say whether an opinion is mature or not because it is an opinion either way it's non of your business
. You are right sir. It is non of my business. But point of correction, I never classified opinion. I only said maturity makes you sieve the information so read well next time . Besides , how can one make controversial statement without statistical backup in football even if its one thought pattern. It shows a lot about the mind .

. Lol , not really, of course maturity makes one sieve what one says from many thoughts that come to mind. When one is reckless with these thought because you want to sound unique then there is big problem. We aint kids in football here. When you make statement back it up. you just don't type because you want to type bro.

You dey mind them.

Rodgers that had to switch from his regular 4-1-4-1 to 3-4-3 to accommodate the defensive lapses because his main guys Ndidi and Perrera who can run and cover ground for hours on the pitch are unavailable , yet some people are talking overrated. Well I've learnt to ignore such arguments on this thread sha. Na Una wey dey engage them dey give them attention

Abeg make una dey use sense talk football. I wonder how people watch football. Rogers changed the formations a bit in terms of movement of the defensive midfielder(Mendy), if you check the midfielders are more cautious of defensive work because no ndidi to cover grounds. saying ndidi is overrated because of whoever is playing his position or recent Leicester results is suicidal.
You think football na beans. Abeg where is NERDY?

. Baba, the keeper made a good save. A lot of misses in that match. What of the one by mertens? Napoli didn't just click. I watched the full match. Osimhen did so well in that match. You could sense the passion and urgency. My suggestion is to find a real creative AM . mertens and politano behind osimhen is not bringing in enough as ikone was doing at lille ,those sharp exchanges that destabilize defences. In all I wish the young man well. He will definitely come good. It doesn't make sense crucifying the young man now.

Gattuso better talk to them now...
so true. All of them are just interested in scoring. Soon team chemistry will crumble. Mertens is even better. But u see politano that one na worst.

Statistics That Prove That Victor Osimhen Is Failing To Live Up To Expectation.

studio.opera.com

Checkout Statistics That Prove That Africa Most Expensive Player Victor Osimhen Is Failing To Live Up To Expectation.

Victor Osimhen transfer from French ligue 1 club Lille to Italian Serie A club Napoli was unarguably the biggest transfer of the summer for a player of African descent.

Napoli purchased Victor Osimhen who finished as the top scorer for French club Lille for a fee of €55 million and other add ons that would see the fee rise to €70 million.

The transfer between Victor Osimhen and Napoli lingered for some weeks, but finally saw break light after Victor Osimhen changed his agent.

Victor Osimhen joined the Napoli team with a huge responsibility to lead the lines in terms of scoring goals, and was handed the prestigious number 9 jersey.

Victor Osimhen immediately made an instant impact and showcased his talents when he was introduced during the preseason friendly on 28th August 2020 against Italian fourth division club L’Aquila by scoring a hat trick in the space of 8 minutes, Osimhen scored the opener in the second minute, scored again in the fourth minute and completed his hat trick in the 8 minute.

Victor Osimhen also continued his perfect pre season form with another hat trick against third-tier team Teramo on Friday, September 4, 2020. he scored the first , third and fourth goal of the match to help Napoli win by a 4 goal margin.

But since the Italian Serie A resumed for the 2020/2021 season, Africa's most expensive player Victor Osimhen have failed to replicate the form he had in Lille, the form that made Napoli splash the huge amount of money to bring him to Italy.

His only Serie A goal this season was when he scored during Napoli's 4 - 1 victory against Atlanta.

Victor Osimhen have found it difficult to convert his chances at Napoli despite been surrounded with one of the best midfield in European football, a midfield that parade players with creativity and magic feet, players like lorenzo Isingne, Hirving Lozano, Dries Mertens and Romano.

Victor Osimhen frustrations in Napoli turned worst when he received a red card in Napoli's Europa league fixture against Spanish side Real Soceidad.

The super Eagles striker was booked by English referee referee Craig Pawson in the 81st minute of the Europa league match against Real Soceidad before receiving his first career red card 12 minutes later after he aggressively elbowed Real Soceidad defender Robin Le Normand while trying to control a David Ospina pass.

Victor Osimhen's 2020/2021 season statistics shows that despite playing for 358 minutes he have failed to score more than once.

With one goal in his 6 appearances for Napoli, fans of Napoli are gradually loosing patience with the Super Eagles striker.

what are your thoughts about Victor Osimhen's travail at Napoli?

Please like and comment.
. I don't like rubbishing suggestions but mehn this writer should stop football analysis. E no dey him body

U are already terming it hate without looking objectively at the facts...
Uzoho and Maduka case are different..
When we called Uzoho from Deportivo B, how many quality goalkeepers did we have available? Where was Almapasu, Yakubu and Tobias? undecided

Nobody said Maduka is a crap player or anything.. the point is that Rohr should have given Alampasu and Yakubu a fair minute of game time to prove their quality just like Maduka got...Because when you put all factors into consideration, Maduka himself hasn't done anything to justify being ahead of those guys..
. Your points are valid. But looking at it closely, no individual wants to lose be it friendly or not . Rohr sees these guys in training as well as the goal keeper coach. As a professional , I believe there are reasons beyond sentiments that is making them pick maduka. No matter the sentiments , quality doesn't hide. Even if you want to give chance , the player must give somw level of confidence to the coaches to earn it. It is earned .

Both cards are not worth it, especially the second.

But Osimhen needs to be calming down. Especially for the first card he received.
