DEOLS the context is not in medical practice ok. the context is in their proffession. learn that nursing , pharmacy etc are not medical proffessions ok. nursing profession , pharmacy are proffession on their own so is medical profession which is for drs. all are health proffessions so dnt let the urge to put other proffession down prevent u from being educated that u claim to be

I think the primodial urge to fight other health professions have robed you guys your common senses. for heaven sack they are talking of consultant , nurse, pharmacists ect. they are not consultants in medicine.they are consultants in their own proffession and u from another profession is saying that they should not be.
to start with u dont even know d criteria required to be a consultant nurse or pharmacist.doctors set their criteria to be a consultant and so the other proffessions. wat ever their yardsticks are to be a consultant is not ur problem at all. in developed countries u have nurse specialist, consultant nurse etc. any judge even charge and bail will just look at that case and throw it away.their positions and rank did not in anyway infring on the right of d dr.consultant is an english word and they attatched it to their profession which is nurse or pharmacy etc. so pls could u both tell this house how this affected drs and their consultants. see the more u guys keep shouting lion lion when their is none the day lion will come and u shout nobody will come to you guyses aid as the whole country is use to drs crying when no one beat them.

Vicjustice: I would have suggested that you postpone your intention to travel until you've sorted out your bank statement issue, but considering that the application is time sensitive, I'm short of suggestions.
You see, if you lodge in the money using your employer as the payer (without their cooperation), you need to consider the possibility of the embassy telephoning your hospital to inquire about the irregular lodgement, and if found to be fraud, you would be banned from Canada for life.
But hang on a moment, isn't your travel about education and course, why not lodge in the monies now and allow it to rest there for some time before applying in due time?
Money Lodgement mainly counts in tourist/visitors visa application. But in your case, if you allow the lodgements to stay in your account for a considerable period if time, you may be fine

pls wat about doing bank transfar of all my salary from my salary acct to d joint savings acct and my wife will be doing so till i february while we keep the contribution money in another acct and feed from it.
2ndly when am applying do i need to put my wifes payslip? am applying for a visit alone not with my fmily

Vicjustice: How about seeking the cooperation of your employer, I mean, why not ask your employer to systematically lodge the money into your account?
I know that this looks money laundering, but it is quite different since the money (apparently) wasn't accumulated by illegitimate means from illegal source

that will be very difficult, its a fed govt hospitl and even if that possible they wouldnt do dat for me cos am an exco of my nursing union so the management hates and wouldnt do anything to help an exco. what about if i went to the bank the hospitl is using and pay it into my acct writing name of depositor as my employer? though my employer normaly use transfars.but they may be expecting me to include d pay slip

these are little things that matters.the girl shld come down and push unless d guy says she shldnt. even when the guy say no the girl shld try to let d guy kno dat he is ok with dat pushing unless there is help.av been in that situation once my babe (my now wife ) came donw and pushed although i was telln her not to worry but dat didnt come from my heart oooo ! cos the area was lonley . she tried and tried but it didnt start befor i know it she has one to a building and knocked asking them to come and asisst us thats how we went home. for men that knows wat they want in a woman this little things count.the lady sees d sitution as OUR problem not the guys problem.

I need ur help . i am psychiatric nurse, so i registered wit psychiatric nursing board in canada after which they sent me a letter to come and sit for a practicing licence in canada.as at then i just married in court , no child and was working in a private hospital where i was paid 60k and i used a sponsor but was denied based on 1: my present job condition,2 that i didnt convince d visa officer that i will leave canada after the expiration of my stay base on my no ties to my country. this was about 2yrs plus now.
now am updating my data with same body planing to apply again in march. now i work in a federal hospital, ,married both court nd weding, a baby boy and another cming very very soon. my wife wife is a nurse too working in d same hospital with me,my salary is about 120'k but after tax etc it about 100k both there is anther deduction made to d hopital coperative its like my personl savings with them and so am left with only 64'k to go home with but my wife goes home with about 94 k cos she doesnt cntribute as much as i do.i have a car a bought at 700k 8months ago. we have a joint accout that i lodged in 1.1mill in august but we are spending frm it but my problem is dat for i belonge to a contribution.we contribute 50'k monthly and we are ten am cllecting last dis october salary so ill lodge in 500k and ill be collectin first in january to lodge in another 50 0k into dat our joint acct.so printing 6months statement of acct by march will show these lodgement. PLS WAT ARE MY CHANCES OF GETING THE VISA THIS TIME? .NB av been working with fed govt since aprail 2011, have been confirmed. and planing to have about 1.6 to 1.8mil in dat savings joint acct before aplying. pls read thru and advice me thanks

@ketoprofen why are you comparing drs curriculum to pharmasist or nurses. to be a good dr u have to know all u need in drs curriculum so is pharmasist and nurses. .nurses cant go studying medicine curriculum while they are studyn nursing.these are different proffession. you can only compare 2 drs wether one is better than the other or two nurses and two pharmacist. a dr can only be good in medcine so is a pharmacist. u cant compare a goal keeper and a stiker though both re in the same team.you compare a goal keeper with another goal keeper to know who is better cos both have different roles.untill we all focus on knowing that we all have to work together to get a good result.a doctor can try performing d role of a nurse but can never be as good as a nurse like wise a nurse can try to perform the role of dr but not as good as a dr.just me very good in what ever proffession u find urself

this is what we are talking about. just see the arrogance from the supposed dr ketoprofen. most drs are like this, arrogant, insultive,vulgar and belletling. anyway we can still make do with the good ones like u dr young.

i have written on this issue before.in health care proffession, the problem we are having is mutual respect and most times the drs are the culprit. you require six yrs to know all you needed to be a dr and you went. a nurse needed 5yrs to know all he needed to be nurse and the dr keep saying we stayed 6yr ! our corriculum this and that.the doctors have this notion that are being infiltrated in them that they are (gods) one of my dr friend once told me that they where told that even as a house officer they are bigger than the highest nurse or pharmacist or lab scientist.imagine the type of behaviour this stupid advice will bring about. these are 3 seprate proffessions with independent departments in the hospital but need each other to acheive the hospital goal.let the dr be a dr nd leave the nurse to be nurse nd the pharm to be.the dr want to be the cmd, the cmac the minister for health, minister for state for health ,nafdac boss etc haba .should other members of the team leave only the doctors to care for the patients?they stampede other health care team and would want their growth cos the 2ministers are drs, cmd ,cmac are drs so none of the other team policies are favoured.let there be a level playing ground that allowes every health team member to excell in his proffession and that cnt be goten when drs constitute the whole decision making bodies in health.i butress we are a team we need each other to function effectively.

Laalamed: i am convinced just as many other civil servants u do not know anything about civil service rule regarding study leave. every civil servant is entitled to study leave after spending at least after 2years. For example if u ve spent 3 to 5years you are entitled to at least a year study leave. resident doctors are demanding for their right. i know a lot of allied health workers who have been enjoyed the study leave. for example in ubth all stem cell transplant team(haematologist,nurses and med lab scientist had training in oversea. the fact is that if resident doctors who later become specialist or consultant are trained and hospital are equiped,allied health workers and nurses must be trained as well. in end the training would benefit all.

Laalamed. yes you are entitled to study leave after 2yrs.the issue is not wether they earn it armtwisting the government to send them abroad. 2ndly what is a resident dr doing in a teaching hospital ? is he not a student and studying with pay? so you are saying that without going abroad to do the residency that wont come out good? so why our health system is not good is cos the staff are not trained abroad? this whole issue will futher threating the needed harmoney in health sector cos if abroad training be the case other health team member must be sent too. the truth is that the drs always want to be i show supremecy towards other healthcare team instead of being a team player. none of the teams can work in isolation .NMA chairman once called nurses, pharmacists ,lab scientits allied health workers meaning what? these are different proffessions with acts and decrees backing them, with different departments not that they are under clinical services. we should leave this battle of supremecy and distinguish ourselves in our different proffessions and earn respect not to force respect.we are a team i buttress.

Dr young you are a true proffessional. you are being very objective than sentimental unlike ketoprofen that belives in so far its the doctors and am a doctor they are right.we in the health team should know that we need each other, we compliment each other and thats will bring peace .let me give an instance, there was a meeting of all the union excos and the medical diretor and admin.there every union was talking about their demands and the chairman of NANNM (nurses ) talked about how bad the nurses changing room is with no necessary funitures. the chairman of ARD stood up and said that he is insupport of what the nurses are asking for. that he had a reason to use the nurses changing room and to say the truth that mangement should as a matter of urgency attend to their demand. thats harmoney thats maturity and sincerity.so let the right and left hand wash each other.

@ChriGo am going to sit for a canadian nursing licencing exam after av registered with them. they will give me an invitation to the embassy indicating my exam date. i applied 2yrs ago through this process but as denied based on my job condition and no ties in the country. i was working in privte hospital then with a small salary and did just court marrige .but now am under going reassessment to with same psychiatric nursing board in canada to apply for visa again around march next year. am working in a federal hospital likewise my wife. we are at d same level and earns above 100k a month we have weded have a son dat will be 1yr and 6mnth by march and another baby come dis octber . am planing to use my annual leave and to stay for 3wks. wt do u think my chances are
