- semo n ogbono with beef
- Amala/apku with ewedu and any meat

Take multi vitamins and minerals in addition to eating a healthy diet then, slow things down both mentally and physically. Learn to wake up by 1-3am and eat probably thick egusi or the groundnut version with fufu or pounded yam. Your pattern- eat, sleep and repeat and if symptoms persists after one week consult Ifa.

Next, don't let yourself be distracted during the day. You have to eat and eat frequently - once
every 2-3 hours would be your best bet if you really struggle to get those calories in.
