i do not have any ill-feeling towards him but am just bugged by the unrest usually caused each his name mention on national matters.

I remember d last interview granted by late Pa Anthony Enahoro (the man who first proprosed an independent state called 'Nigeria') on the commemoration of Nigeria's 50th independant, i remember him saying until we go back to the drawing board by calling for a sovereign national conference and revert to the parliamentary system of govt and regionalism, there is no hope for d entity called Nigeria.
I also read on the papers sometime ago about major brig. General Adekunle voicing how he regreted ever participating in the civil war to preserve the name of the country called nigeria.
If such people had given up hope, i wonder what hope is left for Nigeria

Dont mind all those jokers as long as your intention is pure, i hate when people assume things just because majority does it.
Try universities in germany, belgium or austria. Their tuition fees is less than €1000. As for visa process, if dont have strong financial backing it would be a tall dream

I recently applied for admission in an european university and i was asked to send a copy of my secondary school leaving certificate that comes directly from the Ministry of National education of the country that i obtain the certificate from.
Please i need the help of those that has vast knowlegde on this issue to guide me appropriately. Do Ministry of education actually issue this certificate in question? Or any other credible body that does this?
