I can see some good recommendations. You could add mine too. You may have to get a sit-up bench. Sit-up bench helps in growing stomach muscles, tummy trimming, tummy flattening, waist & laps exercise. Furthermore, it helps relieve pains at the back, joint and neck. It also aids in building arm muscles

Well, that's strange; considering the fact that a study by the American Medical Association, showed that treadmills are the number ONE cardiovascular machine for losing weight and burning calories. So if you want to loose weight, you should get a Treadmill. Don't run from exercise.

Furthermore, I believe there're certain foods you should eat and certain ones you should avoid. You could try asking your doctor. Btw, believe me, you'll have time to exercise in camp. The soldiers hardly allow folks to rest lol.

Infoseye: Bros at this age of time you dont know how much a sim card cost? Do you leave under rock or something? Advice call etsisalat customer-care

http://infoseye-ng..com/

LOL
Donmt blame me. itms just that I've been using only MTN, which I bought back in 2005. I know the prices of sim cards are around N100 to N500 but the prices are not always the same everywhere. Some dealers may add N100 or more. Thatms why Im asking.

This is the best post I've seen all day!

I left Lagos back in February and came back two weeks ago too. I have no problem with calls but the internet is terrible at my side. It's so sloooooow. I can hardly upload anything. I stay in Ojuelegba, Surulere. I became convinced the problem was peculiar to my area when I went to Balogun two days ago and saw browsing was extremely fast.

I called MTN customer service yesterday; they said there's a network problem but they're working on it.

I want to buy an Etisalat sim. I met someone and he told me the price is 300 for the sim & registration. Is that the normal price? Someone please reply. Thanks.

Brand new Kipor soundproof generators with three phases are available.

I asked someone to swap the loudspeaker on my N900 with that of 5800 Xpressmusic, because I heard the speaker on 5800 is very loud. He did, but I couldn't notice any difference in the sound volume. It doesn't sound any louder. So, for those who have a 5800 I'd like to know if the speaker volume is actually very loud as some people said (I mean as loud as some of those China phones with very loud speakers).

Or do you have any suggestion as to which type of speaker I should use. Thanks

Ayomivic: In the Old Testament, under the law (torah) God ordered the killing of persons who comitted moral sins, as punishment for his/her sin.Even though the christianity has forbiden this but this commandment is still carring out by some muslim nations till today. It knows as sharia.
Now,this is my question. If someone comitted moral sin and was stone to death, where is the person going hell/paradise?To me, i thought it should be paradise since he/she had been punished on earth for his/her sin. What do you think? This question is for christians and muslims and don't forget to back it with scripture, athiests should pls stay back.

The Bible is clear that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). The soul that sinneth shall die (Ezekiel 18:20). This is not just referring to physical death but also spiritual death.

Anyone who is stoned to death for their sin will still go to hell, because they have sinned against an Eternal God and so will suffer eternal punishment. Being stoned to death is not enough payment for the sin one commits. You may say: "But that was what God commanded in the old testament." Yes, but you have to realise that the old testament was a shadow of the things revealed in the new testament. For example, the promise land in the old testament is a symbol for heaven. The blood of the lamb that the Israelites used while in Egypt so that the angel of death would pass over them is a symbol for the blood of Jesus.

I really would like to take the time to explain all this to you more properly but I'm in a bit of a rush because it's getting to midnight over here.
