That same retired sodier is using touts, thugs & Agbero to head/lead/control civil servants including graduates to do Agbero job and traffic control under ministry of transport in Benin City. Some of us even resigned from civil service as grade level 8, 6 e.t.c because of this APC heartless oppression & intimidation. Edo State NLC have compromised

Not only in the US, it is been used in Ikorodu, NEPA staff quarters, I schooled there.

Its been used in Oyo state, Lanlate...NITEL staff quarters, my dad worked there and I lived there briefly.

I am talking from wat is workable, not just yarning dust.
