Travel / Re: Finally Migrated To Australia At Age 48. This Is My Story So Far by chukxie(m): 11:26am |
Congratulations! Here's wishing you and your family all the best in Australia. It's sad that our leaders travel abroad, they see how organized the countries they visit are, yet they do nothing to improve the Iives of Nigerians. It's mind-boggling. Honestly speaking, sometimes I can't help thinking that something is inherently wrong with black people especially our rudderless leaders, and their praise- singers. If you've never been outside of Nigeria, you'd never know how grossly messed up Nigeria is. |

Foreign Affairs / Re: Israel To Pull Some Troops From Gaza As War Enters New Phase by chukxie(m): 5:05pm On Jan 03 |
Krismas: Personally, I do not support the killing of innocent children and civilians in Gaza, Palestine. Nobody should die for the sins of another. Unfortunately Hamas keep launching rockets from residential places, and hospitals thereby leaving Israel with no other choice than to shell sites from where rockets where fired from. Regarding the holocaust, did you know Hitler also killed Gypsies, biracial, and anyone he deemed impure? May peace return to Palestine and Israel. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Israel To Pull Some Troops From Gaza As War Enters New Phase by chukxie(m): 4:52pm On Jan 03 |
Krismas: Tunnel, you're right. Tunnels burrowed right inside the basements of people's homes, bedrooms, kitchens. Sadly, innocent children and civilians are caught in the cross fire because Hamas take pleasures in using them as human fodder. Innocent children and civilians do not deserve to die for the crimes of Hamas; the cowardice of Hamas has led to the deaths of thousands of Palestinians. |

madridguy: Then tell Hamas to stop using children, civilians, hospitals as human fodder! No child deserves to die. The more coward Hamas hide amongst civilians, the more innocent Palestinians will die. And there's nothing you or your ilks can do about it. If you want to be a martyr, find your way to Gaza. |

Politics / Re: With Ukraine Done And Dusted, Jews Now Looking To Argentina by chukxie(m): 2:26pm On Nov 21, 2023 |
The Jews have no ancestral ties to Argentina, so they'll never turn Argentina into a proxy state. Present-day Israel is where their ties are and that's where they'll remain. The Chinese have enclaves in America, why haven't China claimed or an annexed those places? Apparently the Jews now reside rent-free in some people's heads. |

Politics / Re: Applause As President Tinubu Arrives Germany For G20 'Compact With Africa' by chukxie(m): 1:56pm On Nov 20, 2023 |
It is my sincere and earnest desire to see Nigeria prosper, and take her rightful position in Africa and the world. I yearn for a Nigeria where stable and affordable electricity is the norm; where good roads, basic amenities, equipped public hospitals, schools, and affordable houses are the norm. These and more necessities of life could be provided by the state if and only if our leaders weren't inherently corrupt. Give Nigerians stable light and see wetin Nigerians go do for themselves. The average Nigerian no dull, no lazy. No government dull people! I pray Tinubu puts Nigeria back on track, but I doubt he would because he's already embarked on frivolous spending sprees. Let's still hope for the best. God bless Nigeria. |

A closet kidnapper for speaking out against kidnappers. I just learnt something new! On a serious note, homosexuals are part of the larger society that we all live in, thus they deserve all the medical care they can get considering how vulnerable (health-wise) some of them are. |

TheAlphaHunter: What do you mean by "...know his way around"? Do you mean if a student can work work while studying? For first degree students working is literally ruled out. For post graduate and PhD students some colleges allow students to do work relating to their course of study; its different from school to school. Consult with your school's international students department for the latest rules regarding work. |
