It is my sincere and earnest desire to see Nigeria prosper, and take her rightful position in Africa and the world. I yearn for a Nigeria where stable and affordable electricity is the norm; where good roads, basic amenities, equipped public hospitals, schools, and affordable houses are the norm. These and more necessities of life could be provided by the state if and only if our leaders weren't inherently corrupt. Give Nigerians stable light and see wetin Nigerians go do for themselves. The average Nigerian no dull, no lazy. No government dull people! I pray Tinubu puts Nigeria back on track, but I doubt he would because he's already embarked on frivolous spending sprees. What do you mean by "...know his way around"? Do you mean if a student can work work while studying? For first degree students working is literally ruled out. For post graduate and PhD students some colleges allow students to do work relating to their course of study; its different from school to school. Consult with your school's international students department for the latest rules regarding work.

However, I can tell you Hangzhou is a great city because I've been there before. Since universities in China are becoming attractive alternatives to Western ones, I won't be surprised there already exists a decent number of African students at the university in question. To the issue of Lagos, another huge voting block in Lagos is the Hausa- Fulanis but they go along with whichever Candidate the indigenous tribe go with.
