This our bribe taking lawyers are the problem of this country. Always having conflictiing opinions. Ask a other lawyer tmr...he will have a different view.

My favourite channels are CI and ID. This tactics are even used in developed countries. Someone is suspected for murder....but u don't have enough evidence to hold him for murder....but you can clearly hold him.for illegal arms possession. What u see is they arrest him for illegal arm possession to keep in custody why they keep working on the murder case so he doesn't escape out of town. If he is released on bail or parole...they have him rearrested for murder this time if they have gathered enough evidence.

As long as no bail have been granted for the fresh charges....
There is no case here. Except someone can point out where it is written in the Constitution that u cant rearrest someone on bail for another offence!

Bros, the matter should never be allowed to pass. You have committed the blunder already by asking your own employee out, what were you thinking? You want to bring disgrace to yourself and destroy your business? Anyway, the deed is done already. This is my advice:

1. Issue her a query signed by her immediately superior on your directives but not signed by you. This will help destroy her pride and ego. The response time for the query should be within 6hrs during the day.

2. Once you receive the answer to the query direct that she should immediately embark on 4-weeks suspension without pay. Attach someone to escort her out of the office as she picks her things.This will definitely be humiliating to her. Pls ensure you pay her up to date along with whatever Christmas bonus every staff is entitled to.


The above actions will go a long way in restoring your honour while serving as deterrent to others.
