Please I need honest opinions. I was advised by the sales guys in a generator shop to buy Maxmech generator, 3KVA for 88k. They assured me it is durable, and according to them, it is the best in terms of fuel economy.

I just have 1fridge, 1 flat screen TV(32in), 2 ceiling fans, 1 laptop and some energy bulbs in my house.

Please guys most importantly, is the Maxmech generator a reliable one? and is it fuel efficient as they claimed? I intend getting it by Monday.

Thanks.
Please I was also advised to buy this maxmech generator, how efficient and reliable is the one you bought .
I dont want to make a wrong choice, the last generator that's just packed up lasted for more than 10years , was advised to buy half engine so that I can use it with water pumping machine

Keeping your idle cash in dollars in a country like Nigeria which the economy is not stable is the best thing ever, i bought more than 300k dollars march this year at the rate of 359, if i sell same today at the rate of 440 everybody knows how much i will be making, if i have left thesame money in naira and wanted to convert it to dollars today....your guess is as good as mine. Keeping your idle cash in dollars in Nigeria is the KING!

Is it advisable to keep the dollars in dorm account or at home

Thanks for ur concern @Chyima
For me presently life is just like a marathon race,.. and to think I was cajoled into digging her skin to skin under a flimsy excuse. Like seriously, I don't blame her,.. I blame myself for falling for such pranks,... I was deceived by her looks.
It's not like I've given up hopes,.. but I'm a realist and that's me. I've got faith, I've prayed and I'm hopeful that everything will turnout good.
You know that feeling when everything seems to come crashing on top of you and then you know you brought it upon yourself, thereby betraying all your loved ones,... that's how it is now
Thanks for wishing me good,.. I appreciate.

It's well don't give up is not over

I understand you my man, the family in Africa is something else, always helping to 'unhelp' us grin

But seriously, that's the job of contractors, to dilute family influence and deliver the project according to the exact desires of the owner of the house, in a timely and qualitative manner.

Why would someone hide such important info, unless she wasn't aware earlier.May God give you that testimony you seek ,cancel out that negativity in your mind speak positive and believe.... Cast away fear I know is not easy but have faith and profess your results would be negative

Good job,I have been following your thread coincidentally this project of yours started same week my dad started his family house in the village with almost same design(duplex).
I do follow up on this to know the updates I receive from the engineer handling the projects at every stage as my family is in another state.
Unfortunately there have been issue from my uncles wife which has delayed the projects since last week, but they where at almost this parapet stage.
Kudos to you, isn't easy getting projects and completing it successfully without haters especially from people within

Most times, cultist don't attack just everyone. You must price, to pay. They don't hurt those who haven't stepped on their toes. I be Calabar based before sha.

Maybe, they do see me as a snubish girl becos I hardly relate with anybody in that street.I was just a quiet introvert
The guy amongst them leaving in my compound was practically living off me then as a student, when I cook I give him and also gives him money.
If you lived in calabar, you should know edem edet then and even the landlord, when they have their meetings could come back home and see over hundreds guys in the compound.

So many scary moments for me:

Story1: I was bored on a weekend. My car was at the mechanic and was home alone. So I started reading deep things about magick, satanism and Satanic sigils. I drew up one of the Sigils of a demon. After a while I went to bed...omo! See attack. I saw powerful Cosmo beings. A man with a lion's head asking me why I called him and what he can do for me, A short man laughing so hard with red horns. I struggled before I woke up. Damn it. I was so so scared.

Story 2: I went to a club with buddies at ikoyi to have a good time. Then I became so tired and opted to leave them there by 2am on a Saturday morning. As I climbed third mainland, doing like 140km/h, I noticed that I was alone on the bridge no car front nor back. In front of the mist darkness, I could see creatures making faces at me. Then I kept hearing a voice to park my car and come into the lagoon. I looked at the lagoon and it was becoming illuminated with subtle music coming out from it . I was dead scared. I increased my vehicle stereo to the loudest to drown the evil music and held tight to my steering while saying NO! I won't! with my heart beating like a drum until I passed the water and got to land (oworonshoki)

Story 3: I went for evening service at church. The church closed around 9pm. On my way back to the house I saw two innocent Old women and decided to pick them up to assist. Only to start driving, they started coughing. I looked into their eyes only to see thier eyeballs moving 360 degrees and it had many colours. Mehn! I started going mad! It was as if knives were driven into my skull. I almost fell into the gutter. As they coughed my spirit was living my body till I managed to get out of the car and forcefully scream and told them to get out of my vehicle! Still warming up I'll share some more soon wink

You have finally driven me out of my room, sleeping with my sister in hers.
Pls keep the stories till morning so scary shit you got there

I can't never forget this day for those in calabar living in calabar south was the dungeon of cultists and I was living in the LG chairman house as a tenant who happens to be the head of a cultists group.
There was a fight between cultists and their members where killed wasn't even aware of the fights cos I travelled came back late ,slept in the compound not knowing I was the only one who slept in a compound that had more than 10 self contained rooms for students including 3 flat for families which included the landord and his families.
Woke up very early to fetch water for clean up passing through saw boys numbering about 12 seated opposite their selves with guns, cutlass, charms seating opposite my room all wearing black and red. I think they where mourning their members and strategising for their reprisal attack
they thought I wasn't around cos one them also lives in compound.
My head was big filled with fear ,I walked through their midst went to fetch my water came back and still passed them.Till date I can say if that was confidence that made me not to run back to my room when I saw them, pple said they would have killed me if I had or becos I was their ogas Tennant was what saved me .
I left that house immediately the house rent expired

Driving through kogi to Abuja,I could count how many decent house I saw on the road, including this house saw it and was amazed at the building immediately I assumed it must belong to a politician never knew it was for their governor.
Kogi state has the worst road I have ever seen ,two lane road was what travellers and tankers where plying on and their houses not far from the road, was scared for the. indigene of the state in an event of tanker exploding.
Kogi state has the youngest governors and still the state can't feel the impact of the young blood, good Leadership is really scare
