VPNs still work. only thing is the APN also works without any VPN.

Deblow: Am still sceptical about the whole issue because I have been using the droidvpn for up to 20 days now and I am a heavy user of data. Just in a day I downloaded a two-part film both totalling about 1.1Gb let alone several other online video streaming. And since morning today I have been on my note 2 yet am still browsing! Don't you think I must have exceeded the purported 3gig cap? Honestly, its confusing

personally i've gotten 7GB+ in the past 48 hours, thats why i'm still confused. am i using up my cap? or does it only apply after you renew your subscription? huh

it's normal. i was before i rooted my note2. if it makes you feel better you can look for someone with rooting experience and who knows what they're doing. watch them do it. rooted a friend's s3 after i did mine.

they're not even making the stylus a big deal yet. it's AWESOME.

for the battery,

when i was using a nokia phone(C5 to be exact), my battery rarely lasts up to 6 hours on a single charge(quite a heavy user), but with the note 2, i only charge my phone before going to bed and it lasts for the whole day, abd i still get like 13% in the evening.

*NB* using the the stylus consumes more battery than normal use.

newman10: @ all, my bad I didn't check well before posting that there is no rom for it yet. Like I said in my first post, I downloaded BEAT AUDIO. It was in the process of rebooting that it got stuck there. I am pretty sure its the beat audio software that messing it up. I'm in the process of downloading the rom which is about 800mb. The problem now is that the hotfile link is not a resumable link as I don't have a premium account. Network is so crappy in my area. All link I've seen is a hotfile link.

the results will be better understood if in KB/s(kilobytes per second) and not Mbps( megaBITS per second)

from what i see, it seems for those that use the BB7.1 OS and lower and VPN, it's still unlimited but for those those with the BB10 OS and direct connection on other devices without VPN it stops working on exhaustion of the 3GB

aze: when I say that Hell_Tell Nigeria is an Embarrassing Disgrace to Indian Tech, you guys thought I was joking.

The best for NOW, is MTN Nigeria even though we get beef with them, for 3G speed they are faster than the rest and Glo that has been surprisingly fast and stable here in Calabar.

i'll have to agree with you on that. MTN rocks
