i believe anyone should understand what it is airtel is trying to do here.
you have whatsapp already but they'e providing an opportunity to use it for a fee outside your usual data plan.
i do think its irrelevant though
+ this is just creating more avenue for exploitation of the network(intentional if you ask me) |

puskin: Hmmm.....this has got me thinking. Dial a code and ur automatically activated to use whatsapp.
Why only whatsapp, why can't other apps make use of the code as well.
Therefore, this means that the code automatically opens the port whatsapp uses to transfer data. If all the other apps that require data could be modded to use that same port, it then means I can welcome myself to..........
Hmmmm.......lemme put my theory to test. airtel and their buggy record won't be long before a tweak exploits it |

Bolaji21: Any prove dat it's still unlimited? Cos I've not been able to browse for over a week. Called CC, was told I've exhausted my data plan (did mtn Bbc month) happened to me too. the upgrade messed up a lot of stuff.. mine stopped after i used about 5GB.... was without internet for about a week until a certain good fellow gave a solution.. i subcribed to the 2 hours plan and lets say i've downloaded about 9GB since then (2 days ago)
the picture just gives an estimate of data spent

whatsapp already works FREE on MTN.
100 a week? what about facebook? whatsapp certainly isn't the only app you use. so you pay that for whatsapp ( which happens to consume little data) and also do your regular subscription for web surfing and the likes.
so not impressive. doesn't make sense |

kodewrita: My dear friends I have come again to trouble/challenge you a lil bit.
This challenge has no time limit.
It has no language restrictions and it is simply a matter of pride or interest if you participate.
Your responses will be stored here if you choose for learning/peer review.
Problem Statement: Given a set of sentences in the English Language, write a program in any language to determine whether the event it references is in the past , present or future ( lets put all the other tenses under this headings. If you are capable, you can go deeper) with respect to the day on which the program is being run.
Sample Input Sentences: The bomb was set to go off at 8am on the 18th of April 2013. We will launch the application on Monday 9th March. This case has been adjourned till next wednesday. It will happen four days from now.
Sample Output for a program running today 25th March: Future. Past. Future. Future.
Please restrict yourself to THESE SENTENCES. Dont make it too complex by trying to make your code solve all possible situations. Just tackling these sample sentences is all that is required. Just interested in the logic behind your code and how you arrive at your solutions.
if you find it too hard, feel free to exclude some sentences.
As i said earlier, feel free to participate as you please and if you observe any flaws in the problem itself, please mention it.
Regards. |

NaijaNaWaa: So, going by your logic, the sentence, "Londo07 has a red VW Beetle" is a past tense? Abi? Fa-faaaa-faaaaaa-faaaaaaaaawuuuuuuuuuuuuulllllllllll seems the OP is restricting us to those 4 statements alone nothing outside them. if so, his logic will work. |

it's either I don't understand or this is quite easy. Perhaps I don't understand. To get it straight, we're to write a program to classify those 4 sentences ONLY as past, present or future tense. Am I right?

Samsung announced the Galaxy S4 with an Exynos 5 Octa chipset, but what the presenters didn’t say during the announcement is that a lot of countries will be getting the Snapdragon 600 version instead. And it’s not just North America either. SamMobile has compiled a list that shows which country gets which model. The I9500 is the non-LTE Exynos model while the I9505 is the 4G-enabled Snapdragon model. It's worth pointing out that some lucky countries are getting both. Here’s the list plus known prices so far.
