Leopantro: Has anyone noticed this before? Install google chrome or Firefox Mobile on your phone. Use it for a few minutes. Don't download, bookmark or save any page. Now recall when downloading it the file size was 25MB. Go to settings, manage app and check on the file size again.

I always clear data for Firefox because I never use it (it's for anyone who wants to access the Internet with my phone) chrome is off limits to anyone else grin

My chrome app is currently occupying 430MB shocked

Example: All the flagship devices made this year have at least 13MP cameras. Sony has already made Xperia Z1 with 20.7 MP and Nokia is prepping to release Lumia 1520 with 20MP (not mentioning the Lumia 1020 with 41MP which is a phonecamera), and here is Blackberry announcing a 8MP phone in 2013 (thinking their fans will follow them just like iSheep), whereas Tecno's already got 13MP Phantom A2 with 8M front-facing camera... on a more versatile OS though.

13MP for a phone is overkill IMHO. Even the ubuntu edge was going to be made with an 8MP cam because they knew that.

This phone isn't backwards in any way.

I'd love to be corrected though

Only thing causing this is the fact that threads are CLOSED not DELETED so the "new" icon still appears after such threads in the section

Also learn to report such threads. Can't remember reporting a double thread that wasn't handled.

install CWM recovery

download the desired kernel

place in sd card

use the install from zip option in CWM recovery

caukerzee: 64bit doesn't nessesarilly mean better performance. IMO, smart phones do not need 64bit that yet. Smarttphone apps that need 64bit are yet to be created. If these apps are made by developers now to meet up to phone specs, then lower models will have problems running those apps. This is simply a marketing tool and not innovation.
