Note, when you make corrections using affidavit, you are to upload your original document online not the affidavit of correction. It is only to be shown to the clearance officials that you have made corrections. One more thing the space for the physical clearance date, even if you fill or you didn't fill it, a date will automatically be given to you, if it doesn't show, just sit back and wait, it will be resolved before you know it, also if you have been given a date before, always check back on your kofa page because it can get changed without you knowing.

Choose the date that waec/neco started in the year you wrote..
For example, I wrote waec in the year 2012 and Waec for 2012 started on the 28th of march, so I picked 28/03/2012..
