Quick Update On Online Clearance.
#RELOADED I will be making this post into a list for easy
understanding... So let's get started.
1. Read and Re-Read the document provided by the school until it is understood before taking action.
2. You will no longer be using the username and password you used for your application and result
checking, you are to take note of your new student credentials(Username and password) once you are logged in. You will henceforth use your new Id and password to login to your student record, only then will you be able to print out your admission letter.
3. Make sure you use a computer when making payments, do not claim you are a big boy using android phone that has 4g to make payments. 4. Once you have made payment, ensure you copy your "clearance activation code" . It is very important, that's why I advice you use a pc, because sometimes the page might not pop up if you are using a mobile phone and please do not rush and close tab on your browser.
5. I hope we all know the meaning of "And" and "Or".... Where it is stated you should use "And", it means you use both, but where you are required to use "Or". You use just the one that is available with you. Why i said this is because of the first item=“O’ level Certificates and Statements of ‘O’ level results from the schools. I will advice we wait when the portal is open to begin, you will all know what to upload there.
6. Still confused on what guarantor and acceptance letter looks like Click here= Samples. Note: It must be typed, not handwritten and signed where appropriate.
7. You can get your affidavits sworn in any court of law in Nigeria for a small token.
8. You can save your form at the bottom of the page and get back to it if you do not have all the required details. Do not save and request clearance when you are not done please. You cannot edit the Clearance /Eligibility Form after final submission.
9. Heed to instructions, take a passport with red background.
10. Get a WAEC/NECO scratch card to present to the clearance officials for result checking. Please do not scratch it yourselves.
11. Always remember to check your clearance date in your online profile so as not to
miss the day you are supposed to be cleared. 12. College of Medical Sciences are to pay N65,000 while other candidates are to pay N45,000 for their acceptance fee.
13. You are not going to any bank please, you are to use a verve card or mastercard for payments, that's why it is called "online clearance".
14. The Online clearance can be done in any cyber cafe in Nigeria, it is not that difficult at all, it is a very easy program that you can do yourself, just that if it were to be a cyber cafe at school, the operators of the cafe already know what to do and the right document to upload since they have been familiar with it over the years but be careful who you disclose your card pin to
15. Well, if you have gone through the instructions given in the doc, you will see there is no deadline stated, but it is advisable you do the online clearance on time, so you will be able to start the physical clearance at the appointed time to avoid confusion With this information, I wish you a stress free clearance, I am sure I missed out some important things too, you can signify to let me know or add yours to the list. the statement means that u will find a place in ur online clearance page where u will be asked to type ur waec subjects and scores.while the certificate refers to a place where you will scan in your waec result either the one printed online(for people that wrote waec this year and last year) and the original from school(for people that wrote waec more than two years ago.)

ojingbe and Godwin10, you guys are doing a wonderful job here but I must make something clear here, you are required to upload your statement of result or original result NOT the both. @CJPresh, your LGA cert must be uploaded, Mr dozieinspired, with 1k you will do your online clearance without any story, it doesn't cost fortune.
