On the 22nd of December 2012, while I was out on business in Ebonyi state, (I have two building contracts in that area of Ebonyi state) I parked my present car (a Mazda) in front of a small restaurant to eat and there was this Nissan Bluebird wagon parked beside me. I stepped down and looked inside the parked car and immediately stopped short. I saw a mark I had made in my stolen car inside this parked car which had its window wound down!

I must state here in a bid to advice others that I did not have any type of security locks on my car. No electronic tracker, not even pedal locks were in the car, and the car looks neat like Tokunbo always. Like I said before, all efforts to locate the car by the police failed and at a point last year I thought the car must have been dismembered and sold as car parts. I had also bought another car two months after the first one was stolen.

The story is still unfolding in my head, and as always I will attach pictures of the parts of the story I covered with camera.

I owned (or used to own) a Nissan bluebird wagon, which I bought in 2006 December 13th from an importer. All the import documents were given to me at the point of purchase. On the 30th of January 2010, at about 12.30pm in the afternoon, I attended a burial ceremony at the compound of a friend who lost his mother somewhere in my local government in Enugu state. I parked my Nissan bluebird outside the compound as there was so much crowd that driving into the compound was impossible. I stayed about 45 minutes in the compound and by the time I came out, my car has been stolen from where it was parked. I felt so bad, we made all efforts to call several police check points and tried to block the movement all to no avail. I came back and reported the matter to the police at the nearest station, later I obtained an extract from the police some months later, after swearing an affidavit in the courts. I also lost some valuables locked in the car.

Hello house, I need your help. This is a very long story but I will like to take it bit by bit so you guys can understand me and possibly offer me some advice on what to do. Please be honest with me in your replies so I will know exactly if there is hope or no hope over this issue.

My normal username in this forum is Spyder880 and I mostly operate from the property section of nairaland as a builder of personal homes online. I will be using this username till the spam bot which banned me erroneously releases my normal handle. As I said earlier, I will be taking this slowly as it has taken up to 3 years since the saga started.

payless: Spyder,

Is this 0.45mm or 0.55mm? What is really the different between both in terms of quality? This looks really nice. How much it cost to buy the step-tiles? I know you said it cost around 600k for the woods and accessories.
the work was done with .45mm. The difference is the thickness, the roofing total is not ready now.

FLORIDACAR: @ Ckenneth, Welldone! I know you to always deliver on your promises. Here are my questions for the whole house to deliberate ::
What's your expectation in terms of profit on propose #10 Million Naira ? Do we have an idea how long before investors can start making profit?
Its difficult to say how the market will look like in future, but 20% per annum is possible.
PropertiesRe: First Nairaland Property Investment Partnership by ckenneths(m): 1:09am On Feb 12, 2013
Ladies and gentlemen, since the very first day I made this suggestion, there have been many good inputs from well meaning friends and intending investors as to how we can get this idea off the ground and more importantly, make a success out of the idea. Let me state it again very clearly, the objective of this whole business partnership is for the sole aim of making profits and getting a strong foothold on the Nigerian property market with a view to expand and multiply our resources to benefit us and our children at the end of the day.
Since the amount we expect to raise in the first venture is N10m, we must keep all our plans low as to deliver the project 100% and be ready to sell the property. By saying this, I mean that we must make sure every expense on this project must fall in within this N10m. To build a tasteful bungalow of the type I have at the top of this page, we shall need about N6m in the average, (stone coated roofing tiles, frontal tiles, interior finish) this leaves us with just about N4m to buy land, register the land, fence the land and also pay other associated costs like
Youth development levies
Local council development permits
Land registration at the ministry of lands
Building plan drawing
Survey plan drawing
Fencing permit
Etc.
The big question will now be, where can we see the plot for N3m since about N1m may go into documentation and regularization of the land documents + fencing and gate for the protection of the compound? That is what we should be talking about, because that is what our cash can afford for now.

Depending on how large the house is.

My main man, have you started the roofing yet? People love your house and have been asking me lots of questions about it. They want to know how much has been spent in total. Lovely house there.

spyder880: I am on transit now moving to Owerri, we hope to restart operations there after our funds ran out. We just want to complete all works and commence roofing as soon as possible.

We might be moving to Asaba next week, we have a bungalow project to build. The building will be similar in many aspects to the one we built on the "reality building of 4 bedroom bungalow" in Enugu. I will most likely be in Asaba tomorrow Sunday to conduct final inspection on the site and agree on a likely start date maybe by next week. I have got a team ready for this.
I am leaving Owerri after brokering a deal between my employers, workers and suppliers. Work commenced in my presence and we are doing everything possible to roof this house. A gate house is to commence in this site by monday.

For those who dont already know, ckenneths is a combination of my real name and the first letter in my surname, that is the username I was using 4-5 years ago when I was trading stocks in the Nigerian stock exchange as an investor/small time trader.

Since I cannot finish sending my pictures this night and am not sure of being in town tomorrow, I decided to wake up the lost id and post these pictures with it. I will be using this username to post till my Spyder880 user name is restored maybe today or tomorrow.

I am therefore begging lawyer to please unban Spyder880.

Spyder880 is ckenneths and ckenneths is Spyder880.

Back to the topic.

I was showing a picture of where I went and inspected the quality of sand in an excavation site and I was saying that this type of sand is cheap (9000, as against the dredged sand which has more quality but expensive, (18,000) I will go out and buy the sand for 18000. My client wants quality and that is what I will give him.

@ Ngegy, if I were you Iwill hold on to my intercont. shares. I still believe they have a lot to give, this one is still going to rise. Also remember that their year end is february, so very soon folks looking to take position in the event of bonus and or dividend wont let the price come down.
