My point is simple. The Bible is the best book on earth, and as this Bible reveals God in plural form of ONE PERSON, I accept it. In the history of mankind there's no other God as good as Jehovah Elohim, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. And it's in His trinity that He LEGALLY conquers all other gods put together. And that LEGALITY is very important. The Apostle Paul, that inimitable erudite scholar of The TANAKH, explained that the princes of this world couldn't understand, lest they would not have crucified the Prince of glory. Millions hold this simple understanding around the world, and there's nothing you and your sponsors can do to confuse them, not to talk of stopping them from worshipping The only True God, that purchased them with His own Blood. JESUS IS LORD.

The TANAKH consistently identifies Jehovah as God in plural, and other gods in singular and plural forms. The TANAKH never referred to Jehovah as God in the singular. Genesis 1:27 identifies God in plural and described Him as 'He', and mankind as 'they'. Only an atheist Israelite would ever consider Jehovah in the singular form.

In Daniel, Jehovah is addressed as God of gods, or Elohim of elohim, bearing in mind that The Shema, Deuteronomy 6:4, had defined The LORD GOD, Elohim, as one that is in plural. All Israel understood that, and so must Christians that believe in and worship The LORD God of Israel, who has never been defined in the singular form as other gods, by Isaiah. God is His own interpreter, has made it plain.

Please understand that right from Genesis 1:1, the Hebrew word for God is Elohim, a plural, not in the singular form. And in order to separate this plural form from any kind of polytheism, Deuteronomy 6:4 explained that this plural name is one God. Is this difficult to follow?

What is the singular form of Elohim? Deuteronomy 6:4 defines Jehovah as one God, in the plural form Elohim, but in other Scriptures the singular form is used to define other gods. Notice that the singular form is never used in defining Jehovah.

President Goodluck Azikiwe Jonathan is bold and courageous, but very pragmatic, not as naive as your prayer tells of you. If God reveals to you just a little of what Pres Jonathan sees everyday, you may just collapse out of despair. You don't know how deadly and satanic people are, especially as they ride in sleek cars, all dressed up to cover their rotten and evil nature, even in the church.

Genesis 1:1, God created. Is this God plural or singular? If plural, how many? It's Moses, not Emperor Constantine, that wrote this, as mischievous people are suggesting. It's even worse than your fears. They say that Jesus is an angel, a god, not God. If people realise their ultimate desire, they'll just mob them all, but there's need for that. We'll keep persuading them, as politely as possible, as gentle as the dove, but keep an eye on the serpent.

Thanks for summarising the difference between Christianity and Islam. The Christian belle uses afang or uziza to persuade, but you saw the video of Tunisian fatwa, which is occurs frequently in Nigeria. And the christian belle usually prevails, but perhaps not in this case.

The Deuteronomy 6:4 that ijawkid cited is declaring the plurality of God, Hebrew Elohim, (as in cherubim or seraphim) which is plural for the one God, whose name is Jehovah. Dem go confuse themself tire.

Trinity was in The Bible before the Catholic Church came about. Jesus commanded His disciples, in Matthew 28:19, to baptise new converts in The Name of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Not NAMES, but just one name that includes the THREE, or the Trinity that His enemies don't want to hear. So the disciples understood their mandate and simply baptised in the name of Lord Jesus, Acts 8:16;19:5. No amount of distortion can change this FACT. I have the original Greek Bible, so no one can now tell me it was Emperor Costantine or the Catholic Church. Let everyone reading this thread know The Truth, and be set free from these and other lies. Not everyone has access to the records of ancient history, but everyone has access to The Holy Bible. The IMPLICATION of saying that Jesus, Jason, Joshua, or, more Hebraically Jehoshua, is YAHWEH is the normal persecution that Jews have historically launched against THE CHURCH, from the murder of Stephen. The Apostles baptised in THE NAME OF JESUS, Acts 8:16;19:5, which is the same as THE NAME of The Father. The Son, and The Holy Spirit, as commanded in Matthew 28:19. Now, if you believe what the apostles believed, you'll understand. If you mix Judaism and Christianity, old wine and new, or NEW WINE in old bag, you'll argue extraneously, making fruitless attempts to make THE WORD OF GOD of no effect.

But whenever trinity is discussed in the Bible, that lie about Constantine is too insignificant to arise, because Trinity has been manifest right from Genesis 1. It's impossible to separate Christianity from Deuteronomy 6:4. The FULNESS OF GODHEAD was in Jesus of Nazareth, bodily, Colossians 2:9. The Holy Spirit was not given to Him in measure. He then offered Himself as sacrifice for sin. It is The Blood that is sprinkled at The Altar. Isaiah saw clearly, long before it happened, how His Soul was marred beyond recognition, as He bore the sin of mankind into hell. The Almighty God in Him(THE WORD OF GOD) didn't die, for God is a Spirit. All this, and more, are in the Scriptures, from The Old Testament to their fulfillment in The New Testament. In 1 Corrinthians 2, Paul who understood better than Peter could, explained how the princes of this world couldn't understand all this, that are revealed clearly to His disciples, the Christianis. Jehovah Elohim is one God, manifest to mankind as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. And the Apostles simply baptised in the name of Jesus, Acts 8:16; 19:5, without disobeying their mandate, did they?

Thanks for referring to Genesis 1, where The Trinity was introduced. But everyone MUST bear in mind that Christianity isn't polytheism. God is ONE, whether reference is made to the Godhead, The Son, or The Holy Spirit, Colossians 2:9. Its all over, from Genesis to Revelation. REJOICE.

Are you saying that the word of your God is outside Him? Then this your dead and dumb God, is definitely not Jehovah Elohim, who SPEAKS His Word, and things appear into existence.
