So, rather than pay this sum, he's already auctioning his properties, in preparation to leave the country to his home country in Italy. After all, he's almost done with all the contracts at hand. This is first hand information I've given you. As a matter of fact, he's owing his staff three months salary.

No not at all. You can suggest ways your department can create or generate revenue for the state. If you look around you there are lots of ways to do that.

By making sure the right things are done and done properly.

If i work in a council i would make sure that landlords are fined if they don't paint their properties and good toilet system is not provided and lot more. With this painters and plumbers get jobs.

Western countries do this for a reason so that jobs can be created revenue as well. Lots of this laws create employment i can tell you that.

Driving a car with no safety light or that is not road worthy or how do you spell it self will mean huge fine.

If you drive a car that is emitting dangerous particles airpollutions another fine for your head.
