Foreign AffairsRussia: US Labs In Nigeria Responsible For Monkeypox Outbreak by cl0r0x(op): 11:50am On May 28, 2022
Russia says US-controlled biological laboratories in Nigeria, where monkeypox came from, are responsible for the spread of the viral zoonosis, urging inspection of the “strange coincidence”.

Citing a report by the World Health Organization (WHO) that monkeypox originally spread from Nigeria, Igor Kirillov, chief of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops, said on Friday that US-deployed biological infrastructure in the African country was responsible for the outbreak.

"According to the available information, at least four US-controlled biolaboratories operate in Nigeria," Sputnik quoted Kirillov as saying, adding that US biolabs were present in the cities of Abuja, Zaria and Lagos.

Kirilov called on the WHO to investigate the alleged US role in spreading monkeypox, noting it is necessary to point out a "strange coincidence that requires additional inspection by specialists."

"According to European and US media, materials of 2021 Munich Security Conference (that is, amid the COVID-19 pandemic) mentioned practice of monkeypox countering scenario," the commander added.

Meanwhile, an interview with RT Arabic on Thursday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Central Asian countries have US-funded biolabs, and Moscow is discussing this issue with its neighbors both bilaterally and through the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) for implementation of biological safety.

"With practically all the CSTO countries and other CIS countries, we have either concluded or are preparing to conclude memorandums of cooperation on biological safety, stipulating for mutual disclosures on how biological programs are developing in each of our countries," Lavrov added.

"These memorandums envisage mutual visits and examinations of the activities of the laboratories," he said, adding that having “transparency” to “make sure that these programs do not have a military dimension” is of paramount importance.

World faces ‘formidable’ challenges over COVID-19, monkeypox, warns WHO
The world is facing "formidable" challenges, including COVID-19, monkeypox, and the war in Ukraine, the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned.
Monkeypox is related to smallpox, a deadly disease that was eradicated in 1980. But monkeypox is much less severe, with a fatality ratio of 3-6%. Most people recover within three to four weeks.

Sylvie Briand, WHO director for Global Infectious Hazard Preparedness, told the UN agency's annual assembly that if the world acted quickly against monkeypox, it can be contained easily.

Needed measures included the early detection and isolation of cases and contact tracing, she added.

Till now, about 300 cases have been found in around 20 countries.

Foreign AffairsRussia Fired S300 Missiles At Israeli F16 In Syria by cl0r0x(op): 5:08pm On May 20, 2022
In first, Russian military said to fire S-300 missiles at Israeli jets over Syria
TV says incident came last week as IAF fighters departed area after alleged strike and they were not in danger; move could signal a significant shift in Moscow's ties with Israel.

Russian forces opened fire on Israeli jets with advanced S-300 anti-aircraft missiles at the end of an alleged IAF attack on targets in northwestern Syria last week, Channel 13 news reported Monday, in what could signal a significant shift in Moscow’s attitude to Israel.

According to the unsourced report, the unprecedented incident occurred on Friday night, when the Israeli Air Force bombed several targets near the city of Masyaf in northwestern Syria.

At least five people were killed and seven were hurt in the airstrike, Syria’s state news agency said. Other media in the country said six were killed, all crew members of a Pantsir air defense system who attempted to take down the Israeli missiles.

The report said the Syrian military fired off dozens of anti-aircraft missiles, which have been largely ineffective at halting the hundreds of Israeli strikes on Syria in recent years.

However, this time the S-300 batteries also opened fire as the jets were departing the area, Channel 12 said. The report noted that Syria’s S-300 batteries are operated by the Russian military and cannot be fired without their approval.

The report said that the S-300 radar did not manage to lock onto the Israeli jets and thus did not present a serious threat to the IAF fighter jets.

If confirmed, however, this would mark the first use of the S-300s against the IAF over Syria and would be a worrying development for Israel, which has carried out hundreds of airstrikes inside Syria in the course of the country’s civil war and since, targeting what it says are arms shipments bound for Lebanon’s Iran-backed Hezbollah terror group and other Iranian-linked sites.

Israel rarely acknowledges or discusses such operations and there was no confirmation of the raid or the S-300 launch from the IDF.

The Channel 13 report said it was not immediately clear if the S-300 missile fire was a one-time event or if it was a Russian signal to Israel that it was changing its policy.

The Masyaf area is thought to be used as a base for Iranian forces and pro-Iranian militias and has been repeatedly targeted in recent years in attacks attributed to Israel. Satellite imagery taken after the strike showed that an underground facility had been completely destroyed.

In first, Russian military said to fire S-300 missiles at Israeli jets over Syria

The report comes amid a deterioration in ties between Israel and Russia over the invasion of Ukraine. Israel has tried to walk a fine line between Moscow and Kyiv but has recently become more critical of Russia as evidence emerged of Russian atrocities and growing antisemitic rhetoric from Russian leaders.

Russia, a close ally of Syria’s Bashar Assad, has forces based and operating in Syria.

Beyond providing Syria with its air defenses, Moscow also maintains state-of-the-art S-400 air defense systems to protect its own assets in Syria, but has never turned them on Israeli planes.

Without specifically mentioning the incident, Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Monday said Israel would not be deterred and vowed to prevent Iran from transferring “advanced capabilities” to other entities in Syria.

“The State of Israel will continue to act against any enemy that threatens it, and prevent the transfer of advanced capabilities from Iran that endanger the citizens of Israel and harm the stability of the entire region,” Gantz said during a visit to the military’s Northern Command.

Israel has long accused Iran of transferring advanced munitions to the Lebanese Hezbollah terror group, via Syria.

OhMyG0d:
I have gone beyond what you see on the surface. Turkey is asking for the F35 as a precondition to allow Sweden and Fins because, Turkey has ALREADY PAID for the F35 Jets before they bought the S400. So, how do you want them to just allow their money to be "stolen" by the US simply because they fielded Russian's "stealth painting" Air Defense system.

Pal, you really need to broaden your knowledge beyond the surface of MSM. Turkey have to S400 so that they can target protect their space from any Western air assaults while also wanting to field Western jets and combat modules so that any possible future conflict with Russia and Asia could be countered. It is a double edge sword for Turkey.
So if the F35 was so bad why would turkey still want it? and by the way they are also part of the program.

Even your "almighty" West dares not fly where S400 is keeping watch , not to mention where S500 is watching over.Maybe you should ask yourself why the West have NEVER supplied Ukraine with their Patriot air defense system but are rather scavenging all over the world for S300.

Go and do your research why Turkey, a NATO member bought the S400 rather than going for the F35 jets from US or maybe you should asked the Saudi's what the Yemenis are doing to American's Patriot in Saudi arabia.
Hahaha bro read well, Turkey is begging to be re-included in the F35 program before they can support Finland and Sweden. I bet they finally tested the s400 and discovered it was over-hyped junk.

Read about Turkeys demand for for NATO and see .

Her reply that they should be the one to convert made them raise alarm of blasphemy. The police eventually came and picked her but later a mob broke into the police station, brought her out and burnt her alive.

Foreign AffairsIsraeli Warplanes Bombs Syrian City Of Quneitra by cl0r0x(op): 10:31am On May 11, 2022
Syria’s official news agency SANA, citing a military source, reported that several Israeli surface-to-surface missiles targeted some points in the vicinity of Hader village, situated 75 kilometers (46 miles) southwest of the capital Damascus, early on Wednesday.

SANA added that the attack resulted in “some material damage.” There were no immediate reports of casualties.

On April 27, at least four Syrian army troops were killed and three others injured after “hostile” Israeli missiles hit the outskirts of Damascus.

Quoting a military source, SANA reported at the time that Israeli aircraft fired several missiles from the direction of the northeastern Israeli city of Tiberias, which lies on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee, at areas in the vicinity of the Syrian capital.

Most of the projectiles were intercepted and destroyed before hitting any of their targets, it added.

Syria has been gripped by foreign-backed militancy since March 2011. The Syrian government says the Israeli regime and its Western and regional allies are aiding Takfiri terrorist groups that are wreaking havoc in the country.

Israel frequently targets military positions inside Syria, especially those of the resistance movement Hezbollah which has played a key role in helping the Syrian army in its fight against the foreign-backed terrorists.

The Tel Aviv regime mostly keeps quiet about its attacks on Syrian territories which many view as a knee-jerk reaction to the Syrian government’s increasing success in confronting terrorism.

Israel has been a key supporter of terrorist groups that have opposed the government of President Bashar al-Assad since the foreign-backed militancy erupted in Syria.
