Police will say we close by 6p.m for security reasons, Army will say no ammunition, airforce will say no fuel for aircraft, Fire service will also say we don't have water, we can't come. chai.

You should know that a judge has to be investigated by National Judicial council (NJC) and if found guilty he is suspended and then a case can be instituted against him.
