its not as easy as you think. Its not just the question, they must have been born from high profile investigation, research and studies. Remember it know the honorable minister off balance then (took her long time to be able respond)... Which show the consultant did a very good job even a better job than the minister.

Doha, (Qatar) – The Nigerian Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Deziani Allison-Madueke, has been appointed President of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) by the body at its 16th Ministerial Meeting on Tuesday in Doha, Qatar. The Chairman of the meeting, Minister of Energy and Industry of Qatar, Dr Mohammed Saleh Alsada, announced this in a communiqué read at the end of the meeting. Alsada, who said the meeting also appointed Minister of Oil and Gas, the State of Libya as Alternate President, added that the 17th GECF would be held in Nigeria in 2015. Madueke was the alternate president of the forum before her appointment in the substantive office. The meeting was attended by ministers from Algeria, Iran, Libya, Qatar, Russia and United Arab Emirate, and Heads of Delegation from Bolivia, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. Others in attendance include Netherlands, Norway and Oman as Observers. The Nigerian delegation was led by the country’s Ambassador to Qatar, Mr Shuaibu Ahmed, and NNPC’s Group Executive Director, Gas and Power, Dr David Ige, representing Alison-Madueke at the forum. The minister, who was a few days back, appointed President of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, was not in attendance because she was involved in resolving the oil workers union crisis in Nigeria. The News Agency of Nigeria recalled that PENGASSAN and NUPENG on Monday embarked on three-day warning strike over a long list of demands which included the adoption of the delayed Petroleum Industry Bill. The bill is aimed at overhauling the sector and maintenance work on oil refineries. Alsada said the thrust of the meeting was on how to strengthen the gas market in the face of challenges of fall in the oil price Source: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/12/alison-madueke-appointed-presidentgecf/
A marathon meeting by the leaders of the All Progressives Congress ended in the early hours of Tuesday(today) without a consensus on the running mate for the party’s presidential candidate, Maj.Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.
Unlike the national convention/ primary which produced Buhari on Thursday without much rancour, the meeting which started at about 10.30pm on Wednesday and ended at about 1.58am on Tuesday was said to have been characterised by intense horse-trading.
Different caucuses of the APC had started a series of meetings which culminated in a larger one that had all the party’s governors and leaders in attendance.
The National leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, did not attend the enlarged caucus meeting.
Before the enlarged meeting which held at the Rivers State Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, rose, former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha had left.
They did not return as of 12. 50am when Buhari and some other participants, including seven governors, started filing out of the lodge.
Although the reason for their action could not be ascertained, The PUNCH learnt that the National Working Committee of the party would ratify one of the shortlisted vice-presidential aspirants on Tuesday.
The aspirants being considered are Governors Rotimi Amaechi(Rivers), Babatunde Fashola(Lagos), Adams Oshiomhole(Edo) and a former Lagos State Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.
Others whose names came up were former governors Dr. Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti State), former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola (Osun State) and former governor Adeniyi Adebayo (Ekiti State)
A seven-member committee headed by Chief Tony Momoh was set up to prune down the number of aspirants. It has representatives from each zone of the country.
They include Chief Bisi Akande (South-West), Senator Chris Ngige (South-East), Senator Danjuma Goje (North-East), Chief Audu Ogbe (North-Central), Chief Sam Jaja (South-South) and Governor Yari Abubakar (North-West).
The enlarged meeting will reconvene by 12pm today.
The caucus arrived at two major decisions which included the rejection of Muslim-Muslim ticket.
It was gathered that Abubakar, Okorocha, Kwankwaso and Nda-Isiah would lend their voices to the choice of the vice-presidential candidate. This would be followed up by input from Buhari.
One of the governors, who attended the meeting said, “We are still meeting. It is not as easy as you see it. We are still meeting.”
Another leader of the party also confirmed the stalemate, saying “We have not picked anybody yet.”
He explained that the NWC which would meet on Tuesday(today) was expected to “ratify whoever is picked if there’s a stalemate tonight(Monday). “
Earlier on Monday, another top ranking member of the APC privy to the meeting said, “The meeting is going on now to draw up the general principles of (the) choice.
“It has been agreed that no Muslim/ Muslim ticket. The choice is also not restricted to the South-West; any zone in the South could produce our candidate’s running mate.”
The APC chieftain said the governors and Tinubu, were engaged in serious calculations about the viability of aspirants being proposed.
The meeting had in attendance, the party’s National Chairman, John Odigie-Oyegun; the National Secretary, Mai Malabuni; ex-Minister of the FCT, Nasir el-Rufai as well as Governors Rauf Aregbesola (Osun), Oshiomhole (Edo) and Yari.
Others were Governors Babatunde Fashiola (Lagos), Magatakarda Wamakko (Sokoto), Ibrahim Geidam (Yobe), Kashim Shettima (Borno), Senators Bukar Abba Ibrahim, Atiku Bagudu, Chris Ngige and Ahmed Sani.
Also in attendance were the party’s national publicity secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed and a former presidential aspirant, Sam Nda- Isaiah.
Abubakar and Okorocha left the meeting midway and were yet to return as at the time of the time participants starting filing out of the lodge.
When contacted, Mohammed said, “We are still consulting.”
Self confidence is not being free from mistake but comes from not being afraid to make mistakes.
I love your courage and i know you r very smart. My advice is aviod the abusive words, its the only tin that contaminated your great contributions thus far.
Dear NL, let behave like one nation, scoffield is very smart and confident guy, one with potentials we can harness for great gain. I expected sum1 to politely caution him on the abusive words and amplify his potentials. Thats how we can make a postive change.
scoffield245: This house seems to have only dead introverts hiding behind Prayers and Dutch courage.each person tries to attack me cos I said it's cheap questions. Even the others that say it's cheap questions in their comment also join the band wagon of the never do wells chanting the ITK voodoo hymns.why haven't I seen someone make a useful contribution. I expect some people to remind us of some of the questions so we can learn our mistakes and even though iv tried to lure some people out to do so,yet I have failed as each has shied away from the subject of intention and continued singing about ITK and how I failed some or all my questions yet only the combustion and aircraft has been mentioned by the many that commented .cant u teach others or are u not proud enof to test ur knowledge here b4 ur comperes. Its really appaling to see our graduate youths so shy and timid.every one wants to hide behind one another and be shouting de war song directed at me.fact is if u wrote poor u will fail and if u go to another exam without taking correction on this one you will also keep failing.its time I stop commenting till people bring out questions they remember so we can debate de answer.happy Sunday to u all.if u can't make any contributions den go do sunday Sunday and don't keep shouting I too kno I too kno.its become boring

cjrane: I have severally observed Nigerian journalists insult police officers in public after such journalist was caught doing something wrong. Nigerian journalists always like to breech security cordons and when you arrest them they flash a cheap ID card shouting in your face that they are journalists!!!
Boko Haram can even make better ID cards to infiltrate and detonate a bomb. The Police officers should messilessly handle and arrest such journalists. The Police men and soldiers pay with their lives to keep this country relatively safe. The last thing we should tolerate is an unruly journalist that wants to breech security and endanger their lives because he is another hungry journalist
The Corporal (Ayubu Ayefu) pointed his cocked AK 47 rifle at the AIT cameraman as he attempted to film the incident.
"Look at my name tag; nothing will happen. If you don’t leave this place immediately with your camera and your vehicle, I will shoot you. Now move!”, the corporal ordered.
A senior Department of Security Service (DSS) operative saved the day when he witnessed the scene and alighted from his vehicle.
He appealed to the irate DSP Buba to release the detained journalist.
He said to Buba: “I came down because I recognised your face. Your boss was my classmate in the university, and I want to let you know that you are biting more than you can chew here”.
Journalists on their way to cover the presentation and acceptance of the presidential expression of interest and nomination form of the Speaker, House of Representatives, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, narrowly escaped being shot as they were attacked by the security details attached to the Vice-President, Namadi Sambo yesterday.
The Nation reports that a convoy of the reporters was attacked at Aso Drive junction (close to the Three Arm Zone) as the Vice President, who was on his way back from Jumat prayer at the National Mosque, passed the junction.
