Seems strange that out of all what was stated you only picked on the focus on the study bit. What you may not know apart from all that was said earlier is that for you to drive here, you have to pass the driving lessons which will be taken after you pass the theory lessons. Then, you can only drive for 6 months with a fully certified driver by your side. And Ireland are known for not accepting the international diving license which other countries accept.

When you add all these with the long waiting times to book a theory test, high insurance fees and monthly premiums, it makes the driving seem like a lot of hassle for a student. Anyways, I blame myself for responding as the clarification does not seem to be appreciated!

Hello Dwebb55,

Thanks to you and everyone for your thoughts on Mr Philly's question. Just a note on the International Drivers License...is their position a "no, no" on it? While I do not plan to own a car there yet or drive as much, was planning to come with my international drivers License for the once in a while "rent a car for a long road trip in summer" kinda thing.

Please tell me it's not necessary?

Ma'am,

I'll really suggest getting the private counsel of the ICAS team. It's paid but they can answer these questions a lot better as they've seen a lot of these sorta scenarios in the past. At least, for someone that started a thread that is these number of pages strong, one can tell the agency is legit. My thoughts.

Might not exactly be the safest getting general thoughts especially on a platform where many have more questions than answers.

Ok.. the reason I asked for lump sum explanation is that there are other sums that came into the account (not salary account). She buys gold from Dubai and sells to her colleagues but its informal so no receipts. People also send money to helpthrm buys stuff when she travels again, no reciepts for this so I don't know we need to explain some of them.

Also what can serve as birth certificate if the original is lost? Applicant has two affidavits; 1 issued in 2018 bearing only the father's name and one issued in 2020 bearing only the mother's name. Parents are divorced so no marriage certificate. Sponsor is mother. Applicant has been issued UK and US visas as a minor but we cannot find the application forms. We have the mother's own though. If we attach the mother's old UK application form where she mentions applicnt as her child dependent, will this serve as proof (we will also attach the 2020 affidavits too). If not, what best can serve? Will family photographs work?

Hello everyone,
Please someone should kindly tell me the current EUR to NGN rate for tuition payment.
Please if you paid tuition recently, please tell me the rate your bank charged you.
Thanks.

USD at form A rate is about 412, and then they will convert to Euro at the prevailing cross rate of c.1.20. Comes to about NGN495-500. It's CBN funds most likely so you can be free from excess charges. I paid last week so that's information from my payment - things can change sir

Thanks for the information. It's appreciated. But do you mind sharing with us your general interview experience & specifically that with the Head of Audit? Also, with the benefit of hindsight, to what would you attribute your inability to pass that stage? Your robust response would be highly valued.

looking back...generally if you prepare for most of this stages, you'll make it through, be confident with what you've got, your certificate, your school, your cgpa, say it with pride, they tend to prefer asking situational questions, like when have you been in this predicament and you had to use one of those skills we love to quote in our CVs...so best to prepare what to say at times, my PI lasted for over an hour, told about 7 different stories, those execs use interviews to unwind. so entertain them, don't lie oo, they will know
for the head of audit...
he asked two questions majorly...and that's tradition to some extent...
why are you here? as in, why kpmg, why whatever unit it is?
and what makes you different from the rest, he will use the word, Exceptional!
why did i fail his stage? would have to ask him, but I'll say,
prepare your answers before hand
and look into his eyes..(most importantly)

hopefully I've been of help.

good evening folks, i just saw this thread after a friend received the invite for the next test, as a full participant of the last thread, the 2015 thread, i figured my contributions might help someone...first of all, if you have been disqualified, thank God, the earlier the better, don't mind me, it's just not something to dwell upon, you really can do better than kpmg, I'm a witness...
and secondly, take each stage one after the other and get enough info about each before going, go to the 2015 thread, there's enough to learn from it...you'll understand quite a lot...go as far as practicing their interview questions. it's routine, i know a guy that crammed interview answers and he's in kpmg right now. so really prepare, it's not something you can't do...
what makes me qualified to comment, i passed the test, passed BAT, passed AC, passed PI...until i had to meet with the head of audit himself...and that was it...
was i down? of course
but you'll be fine at the end!!!

all the very best!!!
if there's any ongoing whatsapp group, kindly share the number, let my friend join you guys!

the only question in this season left unanswered is who gets finals MVP? I'm hearing Green in some quarters! I hope he gets to play game 5 with his antics in game 4...iggy, curry, Livingston, I think they should just give varejao so the cavs can sob

and as for whom am with...I'm a longtime Spurs fan, manu, Timmy my favorites, soon to be replaced in my heart by kawhi, but shouldn't everyone love the warriors and curry once in a while, in 2013, a season before warriors got Kerr and blew up, I chose them in my fantasy league suspecting they would shine soon and they didn't disappointed...so Spurs, warriors, but when they meet in a game...i stick with Pop

I'm so happy I'm seeing this thread, thought I was the only huge bball guy in this football crazy country...I'm guessing the general idea is that Cleveland might be back in the series, what do I think? they can't beat a 73 win team 3 times out of the remaining 4 games...
