BusinessDownload Proposals For Your SMS Business FREE by cluewebhost(op): 9:11am On Jul 01, 2015
Dear Business Owner,

In promoting your Business, a lot of times prospects need visual evidence of what you are presenting so they can either consult later, forward to superiors or understand you better. A lot of Marketing personnel use different methods in achieving this which includes Presentations, Audio-Visual aids and a lot of times, the tried and tested proposal.

A proposal is a document which introduces a Business to the prospect, presents advantages of using the proposed product or service against other options, gives reasons why the prospect should do business with the proposer, outlines features and services of the item being presented, gives an idea of the price and also contact details in case the prospect is convinced and intends doing business with the person making the proposal.

From the Explanation, it can be seen that obviously, without a solid proposal to accompany you on your marketing outings, it gets to a degree more difficult to get your prospects convinced to patronise your product or service.

Have you ever been in a position where you wanted to initiate a business deal and you had no proposals or any other materials to help you out and hence had to rely on easily forgotten verbal communication to get your Point Accross? For those involved in the Bulk SMS/Mobile Marketing industry, we want to make things easier for you.

We ran a Poll on our Website (www.smsbusiness.com.ng) where we randomly asked what people would like to have in order to make their businesses progress farther and un-surprisingly, most respondents replied that they would like to have marketing proposals which they would use in their daily business. As a website whose mission is to help as many people as possible make a reasonable living through the SMS Business, we decided to step up to this challenge.

Consolidating on our industry expertise and over 5 years providing Mobile Marketing services to Nigeria and the African Sub-region, we decided to compile a small pack of proposals which we believe would be extremely handy to operators of Bulk SMS Businesses nationwide. Our proposal pack is designed to save time, save effort and help users avoid obvious mistakes that would have been encountered in preparing these documents themselves. Our Proposals are professionally written, composed to get to the mind of the reader and be as convincing as possible and with a professional layout.

To use these proposals just edit the content slightly to suit your Business and to fix in your own company name and contact details where appropriate. Also put in your company logo and any necessary corporate branding before you print it out for presentation to prospects.

We know items like this are usually given out for sale on various websites catering to the same niche and for a couple of weeks the team has tried considering what would be a fair price for this Extremely Valuable package which has the capacity to change lives. After considering the mission of this website, which is to guide those who are lost in the SMS Industry and make it easy for others to get into the industry, We decided to give it out for the Price of N FREE !!!

BusinessBusiness Owners!! Stop Wasting Your Marketing Efforts by cluewebhost(op): 3:12pm On Jun 10, 2015
Businesses spend most of their expenditure on large-scale marketing drives
and in most cases they fail to effectively achieve their aims due to the
unco-ordinated and unstructured nature of their marketing plans, leading
to a huge waste in scarce company resources., Do you know that this issue
can be effectively resolved if you can get your messages to a particular
Local Government area or demographic in Nigeria with 99% accuracy?

According to statistics from The Association of Advertising Agencies of
Nigeria, AAAN, Advertising expenditure from the organized Private Sector
in Nigeria for 2013 grew to N125 Billion from a total spend of N91 Billion
in 2012. This spend is broken down as below:

This figure of N125 Billion does not include adverts placed by the
informal sector and also other adverts via non-traditional media.

Despite the fact that such Huge amounts are spent by various businesses,
it is surprising that for a lot of these businesses, the funds spent on
Advertising are Hardly recovered.

Apart from the fact the fact that most of the Big Brands advertise
basically for general Brand Awareness, most Brands have specific products
which cater to the needs of a specific demographic and hence the usual
blanket approach to marketing and advertising without a clear-cut strategy
or without a targeted audience finds them hemorrhaging lots of cash
without results as a result of

Advertising without an end Goal in sight – This is when Businesses
advertise because others are advertising or because it was written in a
book that businesses should advertise. They are unable to give a reason
why the ads are on or what actions customers are expected to take when
they see these ads.
Advertising to the Wrong Demographics – This is when businesses show ads
for a specific class of customers to the wrong group of persons. In this
case the ads are seen but since the viewer has no use for the advertised
product, no result is seen from the ad.
Advertising without Tracking/Testing Results – Like the First case, this
is another error which a lot of advertisers make. Adverts are created and
forgotten, there is no idea of actual sales through the ad, etc.
Conveying a vague or No message in Adverts – This is self-explanatory.
Advertising to the Wrong Locations – Like the famed saying of Advertising
Ice to Eskimo’s, a lot of people advertise their products to people in
places that cannot patronize them. This would be the main message of our
Post today.

For Businesses, especially the Brick and Mortar Businesses like
Supermarkets, Hairdressers, Schools and Daycare Centers and the rest,
since services are offered within the radius of a particular geographic
location, it is essential that adverts reach people who preferably are
within the same location. Also particular products have varying demand
patterns at various times, and some products or services cater only to the
needs of a particular demographic. Hence the mass Blanket approach to
marketing leads to waste of funds in that available resources are wasted
on marketing to people who have no use for a particular product at a
particular time.

Picked today at EMS office

mayorall:
Sorry my brother. In life, things goes smoothly the way one proposed and sometimes the other way round. You are busy in office but this young man is also at the peak of his Education which he needs to devote much time grin. Reason for the lax in ways his business.

Back to the topic

I am not in Lagos, Only Lagos residents can deliver items. Logistic companies help in items delivery and they charge me #700 per delivery, konga charge #250 commission, After all this cost, Many customers will tell you they don't have money again or they've spent the money cos Konga delivered late. That's #700 loss. This is the reason I stopped pay on delivery on Konga. Any ready customers have to pay using konga safepay online.

I offered you transport company delivery cos they are faster.

I told you to pick up at Rumukwurusi in Port-harcourt cos the product is available there

Will send to you via EMS parcel post on Tuesday sir. Then you credit us when you receive. Thanks

Just received my unit in PH via NIPOST.

Connected my q10, mifi and kpangolo nokia at the same time and all charging without wahala.

Good Device and service recommended for anyone.
After ordering this powerbank (which I'm still using till now though I damaged 1 of the USB ports due to a fall) I decided ordering 2 more units for 2 members of my Field Sales staff (to see if that would solve their excuses for being unreachable out of the office),

I placed an order on Konga (I'd been battered with BBM broadcasts on that) on the 12th of March and messaged Mayorall here that order has been placed.

Next thing he gave me a number that I should pick from the other end of Port Harcourt and cancel the Konga order.

I told him it wont be convenient because I'm a busy person and it wont be smart driving hours to pick a PB when I can pay konga 1000 to bring it to my house.

He didnt answer till the 17th of March still Insisting I should cancel the Konga order.

Konga Cancelled the Order later.

24th March Mayorall said I should place another order on Konga,

I did,

He didnt respond till 2nd April telling me to pay on Konga first.
Konga has cancelled the 2nd order and he's messaging me that he should send it to a Park,
I dont do parks, I prefer office delivery and I've stated that over and over.

I'm posting this because if this is the way you complicate orders for your customers you should really watch it.

I've seen people destroy promising businesses with their attitudes.

I read through the posts and replies here since I ordered and Honestly, I'm very far from impressed.

Specialist900: don't generalise. There are businesses that'll give you that and more. What we should be discussing is if such business people will be willing to pay such amounts on rent.

We should also note that there are people who live year in, year out in transcorp Hilton (resident guest) and they spend more than those amounts paying for a room yearly.
I tire o, I'm scared-of the way we think in this country.

cool318: Point of correction, the money accrued from selling of sand in those communities, is a community money shared among clans, villages, not an invidualistic money, Go to Ogbakiri in Emohua LGA and ask questions, pls don't say what you are not sure of. There is no biz in Nigeria u can do to get that amount of money to rent those houses unless u are a CABAL, or "u are doing the needful".
Thank you
There are a million businesses you can do.

That money is change for christ sake, you cant even buy a proper car with it.

leofab: ... How many people work there? And can you figure out the tax they do pay? Stopping supporting whats not right...
2.8 million a day would pay 100 people comfortably monthly. I didnt see up to 10 at the dredging site.
Corporate tax is about 20% after costs on the Gross profit.

Where did you see me supporting the Builders of the Estates? There's obvious poverty mentality showing in replies and that's what I brought out those facts to counter.

And mind you, there is nothing wrong with a Builder pricing his House as he sees fit, he has his reasons and it is his money afterall we are practicing Capitalism, not Socialism

wealthinfos: With ur $75,000 that's about #12m per annual; by #160 per dollar. Plus the service charge of #2m making it total of #14m excluding Agency fee of 10% + Legal Fee of 5%; i think this money can get you a good residential property in Port Harcourt. As i speak with you; we have a well finished 3bedroom Bungalow on one plot in Port Harcourt city; fenced; Deed of Conveyance; within the above budget of #14m and above. ikp4succes: That's business/company, u can't just take 100 million out of it to buy house or 50 million, if not the business would not grow. You have to pay workers and maintain ur machines and re invest it to grow the business. Most people here in the USA that have companies their houses re just okay and they still on mortgage. Also even celebrities here too mortgage their houses they don't just buy it like that with cash.
I mentioned profit. Profits come after payment of workers and all fixed and variable costs as well as re investment.

Personally though I wont buy any overpriced property either if I had that money but i was just trying to make the negative sounding people see that there is a lot more than they mentioned.

What business would fetch U twice that amount in a year and U would comfortably spend half of ur income on housing when better alternative dey. Dont use Dangote,Adenuga or Ibeto as a cas study cos government policies favoured them all. Dangote was given monopoly, same as ibeto on some products and Adenuga at some point of his business.
Dangote and adenuga are billionaires in dollars, 1 billion dollars = 160 billion naira, you're going too far.
Go to alaba market,
Sit near any popular shop.

If not 419, Drug dealing, Politrickian jobber, tell me, for someone to afford 100m at once to buy a house, not on a mortgage plan, one day Nigeria will be like Mexico, where youths will be moving on the streets with guns, a country dat has no jobs for its youths. I went to buy sand for a building project in Buguma, rivers state recently on a saturday.
I looked at the exercise book where they wrote daily payments. Only that saturday I counted 2.8 million. Selling simple sand.
Assume profit is only 1million out of that and multiply it by 300 days. And that was a saturday.
Then repeat what you just said.

WildChild00: This is way too expensive for an ordinary Nigerian civil servant to afford, except you are a Politrickian there is no way one can work for those monies to acquire such an expensive house, in advance countries of the world, there is wat is called mortgage, an agreement between the banks for people to buy houses, and the payment plans will be spread for years, ( even 20 years payment plans) base on your income, but in Nigeria all we hear is 90 million naira house for sale, how can a non politrickian afford such an amount.
