loads of veg with every meal

plenty fruit with every meal

eat  seeded  or whole wheat bread never white bread it will just make u fat

lots of water

i do not eat chocolate or sugary drinks unless it is that time of the month 

take the fat of every meat you cook especially chicken

stock cubes STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY OR ONLY CHEMICALS AND FAT)

exercise, walk  or f u c k more

eat three meal a day
