All you need is excercise 3 days a week and watch your diet. Eat healthy food. And you would start seeing results. How hard can that be?

What can a personal trainer do for you that you can't do for your own self motivation? you can do it on your own
and there are plenty of magazines and websites devoted to fitness so you can get excercise tips from them.

Some Nigerian women have more than 4 kids, and husbands and jobs and are not overweight get your facts right! and stop making excuses. All you need is commitment and persistence.

Why would a woman get married as a slim, beautiful figured lady and all of a sudden get married and blow up looking so fat? Yet when the husbands go looking for figure 8 ladies, the fat wife begins to get upset.

i was every size you can think about when i was married because having kids takes a lot from a women, how ever every woman should try to look her best for herself and then her husband, i have four kids and i think i still got it      seriously i do.

OK OK before you all eat me alive, let me explain every Nigerian man that i know in London is married to a woman from the Caribbean. my friend brown eyes sister has a radio show where this was discussed, for the sake of this topic i did some research and was told that Nigerian woman are to much into marriage and are to rigid and is to materialistic.

My view is that i love African men and yes i am going out with one, on a whole they can all be as disgusting as carribbean men, but in a room of 10 men I will pick the only African, because I would stand a better chance of being in a happy relationship.
