I have always been fearful of the extreme liberal left with its rejection of my traditional Christian moral values and principles in favor of its own form of watered down Christianity.

But my eyes have now been opened to just how dangerous the extreme conservative right can be with its rejection of my traditional Christian moral values and principles in favor of its own form of Christianity, known today as Christian Nationalism.

In the political spectrum there is a power of extreme self centered control that can originate from the left. And we Republicans have all known this for decades. That’s why we have fought it for years.

But I never envisioned a time when I would see the power of extreme self centered control that would originate from the right. It caught me off guard.

This new behavior within this current administration that is supposed to represent the Republican Party is not aligned with what I grew up experiencing and believing anymore. There now seems to be an evil element to it.

I’m afraid the Republican Party will have to be forced to reset by a massive blue wave that is coming.

And I hope this reset will be enough to bring them back to their humble beginnings.

I tell you this much, I would have never guessed in a million years that I will now be part of that blue wave trying to force the reset of the Republican Party.

Trump has truly done so much damage and caused so much chaos to the party that it might never be the same again. Only the years to come will tell.

And if Trump will not go along with the democratic process to replace him then there will be no reset but only a quick continuation of a growing right extremism that is on the verge of developing into a dictatorship. Perhaps even now it might be too late to stop what we allowed to manifest before our eyes within our own house. And if so then God help us all!

I went to the Noble Peace Center in Norway today. I can’t say if it’s my pettiness but I derived an intense amount of satisfaction from not seeing Agent Orange among the recipients.🤭

What a disgusting desecration of decency it would have been to see his picture among those considered worthy of a peace prize.
