then again, i was speaking to one dude on redcafe who said he hates LVG but he cannot blame him for rooney's constant inclusion in the team.

he said there's a rumour that rooney's current constant included 100% appearance unless he's injured clause. seeing that it was moyes that co-signed that contract, it's highly plausible.

Not true...Alams was pronounced guilty of money laundering by a court of competent jurisdiction, what's the crime of Amaechi? And which court pronounced him guilty?

Is the discretion of the President. Even the constitution didn't even mandates such. He will appoint women but they may not be as much as we had in previous administration.
