Hello fpl n all d gurus on dis thread. Pls I'm new here and wanna ask couple of questions.
I'm managing my Popman business but not on a salary scale, he only gv share wen we make any sales. Say like 100k or 200k @ times. We are into buying n selling of used n scrap catapillers and cartapiller parts and I used to do separate biz too. So it's comes now dat we wanna buy some cartapiller equipments from Germany. These are my questions:

1) I wanna know d category of visa dat I would need to apply for
2) Popman is currently having issues with d business account, can we use his personal account as d sponsor with minimum balance of say 20m?
3) I'm planning of submitting my personal account too, say like 3months with say 700k balance. Hope ain't too small?
4) I'm married with kids but I intend to use single snc I will be sponsored by my Popman. Hope dat wnt raise a red flag as regards country ties?
5) Do we need any invitation latter from d company we want to get those goods in Germany?
6) what other things do I need to put in place aside travelling itenary, insurance, flight reservation and hotel reservation.

1) I am sure I can visit Canada as tourist using hotel booking without invitation letter.

2) I am working in an organization b4 for like 3yrs but got govt employment last year, my question here is dat, does my application has anything to do wit my work place or only my new place of work

3) I read something here dat if someone has money dat enters ones salary account, d person must explain d source of d income, on dis issue I av anoda business dat I do wch d money enters d same account with my salary but d problem is dat dis business ain't mine directly. My uncle is into buying scrap caterpillars cutting it n later take it to company dat buys crap irons so whenever he has a huge business like dat he do call me to invest on it too and it has been successful 4 years now, so iffa want to explain dis income, how do I go abt d explanation?

4) I av been denied US visit visa twice b4, wen I read through dis thread I understand dat I need to include details of refused visas but I av lost d paper giving to me from my US first attempt, I only av d 2nd attempt, can I add d only one I av?

I will advise that you thread softly on this work permit thing. A few people have had their fingers burnt and money down the drain cos of this. If you read this thread from the beginning you will see response to your inquiry. It is almost impossible to get a work permit from Nigeria.

3. He got to US through student visa and later updated his status
4. I only mention my uncle as d contact person in US cos he is d one I'm visiting @ d particular time

It appears that you didn't include your Uncle's name as a relative in your most recent visa application form, because you were surprised on how the VO came up with his name. Unfortunately, you had earlier stated his name as a relative in previous applications.

VO was of the view that you lied.

Equally, your Uncle's status in USA could be an issue.

In my last 2 attempt, my travel experience was Ghana, Republic of Benin n Republic of Togo but early dis year I've Traveled to Republic of Tanzania. Looking forward to ur reply sir/ma. Thanks

You may reapply when you like, but you have to ask yourself if there has been any material change in your life and circumstances since your last interview that might make you a stronger applicant.

Hello aous, snc d VO ain't answering my question yet, can any1 put me 2ru on wen n wot criteria I need 2 av b4 I cud apply 4 d visa B1/B2 as I av rejected twice dis year @ US embersy. I was rejected on 6th Jan and 13th May respectively. Wot d consular told me d 2 times was dat my application doesn't qualifies me 4 d visa. I stated in my application dat i've traveled 2 Ghana, Togo n Republic of Bennin. I need d aous 2 tell me wot 2 put in my application dat cud mk me qualify 4 d visa in ma nxt attempt and wen it will b gud 4 me 2 apply again.

I have applied for a non-immigrant visa twice which I was rejected d 2 times, Jan 2016 and May 2016 respectively. Pls sir/ma I want you to put me through on when should I apply again and what criteria must I have before applying again because d consular told me d two times that my application doesn't qualifies me for d visa.
