Oga you have no point here. I have brought so many proofs to discredit all the nonsense you typed.

Irony1:

Civil service was centralised but regions and revenue sharing was intact. Who altered everything including the sharing? Was it not Gowon with Decree 8? You are the one with a mental problem because you have been trying to use a lie to spread hatred since

it is not about points it is about debunking your marginalization noise.

how do you kill the leaders of other major tribes and still leave the revenue sharing to be intact when does other regions were richer than the eastern region

to centralize a government means to direct all revenue to the central government.. you are really ignorant..

for example while you and your people make $11b so you will kill the leader of another tribe that's getting $38b and still leave the followers ( who will be seeking revenge against you ) to keep receiving $38b when you know they will use the money to re-group and kill you in response.. you are not intelligent if you believe revenue sharing remained intact and talking to you reduces my own intelligence ..

you must think you're talking to dullards suffering from ignorance like you on NL...

akpumping7720 has already posted image on regions..

Haaaaa you are a big liar, show me where Zik gave jobs to igbos? From the early 50s igbos were already in civil service everywhere, even awolowo in the 50s said there were many igbos in civil service. Zik never needed to give anyone jobs. Also again decree 34 didn't abolish regions you have been dodging that fact. The only thing decree 34 did was to centralise the Regional civil service to a central one. The person who abolished the regions was Gowon. The truth is now you guys are becoming uncomfortable because so much lies which you guys used the media to propagate are being challenged.

what does it mean to centralize something you are very ignorant

Sergeant Daramola was executed because he slacked when using the rifle and he was under Nzeogwu's command during the coup if you slack you will be shot, so quit the ethnic sensationalization of this jare you are just being mischievous. What about Major Ademoyega shebi he was Yoruba and he was part of the coup even among the planners why didn't Nzeogwu kill him since he hates Yorubas? Nzeogwu's closest friend is Obasanjo why did he kill him since he hates yorubas. You think this lies and propaganda sell again abi?

Who was the prime minister when Zik was president, and as president did Zik have administrative powers? These lies are becoming stale you are sounding like a broken record. Now you claimed igbos killed the prime minister. So Ademoyega one of the actors of that coup is igbos abi? Once again you are sounding like a broken record. Once again note Ironsi didn't abolish the region he even kept the regions, the person who abolished regions and created states was Gowon. Now you say igbos abolished regions so what did they create in it's place?

Zik had powers to give jobs to his fellow igbos that the prime minister and Akintola had to go to the media to complain..

there is a video of the prime minister complaining of igbos taking jobs in the north.

Ironsi created "Decree No. 34", which abrogated the country's federal structure in exchange for a unitary one.

This regionalism issue has been tackled many times and you keep repeating the same nonsense and false history to protect your demonic and satanic igbo heroes.

Are you now saying it is legal to work in a state ministry and then go to a federal parastatal and illegally take someone's role by not allowing the person to resume after vacation? Can you try it in a private company? Did I query northerners working in NPA? What I was saying is the illegality they exhibit in NPA.
See DSS must flag nairaland so that people like hou would be arrested

you are the one saying rubbish..

Azikiwe was the president of Nigeria but igbos were not satisfied so igbos killed the prime minister and abolish regionalism and Azikiwe kept quiet and didn't warn his people, Ojukwu supported Ironsi who did not condemn the coup but took over as the 1st military head of state.

If she was not allowed to resume then sue the NPA and stop complaining ignorantly.

in the 1960s , nzeogwu exhibited such hatred towards Yorubas.

"According to a Nigerian Police Special Branch Report, nzeogwu executed at least 4 army and police security personnel including one of the men on his team (Sergeant Daramola Oyegoke). nzeogwu also participated in the execution of Col. I thinknit hight time DSS flags nairaland and starts arresting some of you, maybe then you guys would have sense. A foreigner is talking about marginalisation of igbos. But you found a way to make it an Igbo vs yoruba thing. See DSS needs to flag nairaland as a place where bigots and tribalist like you indoctrinate people. Enough is enough

Did Nzeogwu kill any Yoruba or was it not Sardauna he killed. Why do you people always exhibit mischief and gaslight people. See I promise you I will DSS to flag nairaland, when they start arresting guys like you. Then this nonsense will stop, you think manipulation, gaslighting and propaganda sells again your eyes will clear people like you will soon fo to jail for ethnic baiting and lies.

before he killed sardauna he killed the Yoruba soldiers around him and then fired shots indiscriminately at women and children some whom would have been Yorubas..

Igbos have attacked the Yorubas politically, socially, economically e.t.c.

Yorubas and igbos fought each other during the civil war..

the statement above shows pure hatred for Yorubas and a lot of igbos all have this similar behavior towards Yorubas.

The igbos also tried to attack the SW but we're stopped at Ore.

Before the civil war, Nnamdi Azikwe was also fighting the Yorubas politically because he wanted to be premier of the Yoruba region.

Azikwe tried to politically get Lagos and the SW region.
Ojukwu tried to use warfare to get Lagos..
Peter Obi and CRV tried politically to get Lagos.

Over 60 years and counting only Igbos have targeted and are still targeting Lagos and Yorubas.

some people on this are already shouting "Lagos will fail" just because the governor is not igbo.

must igbos subjugate Yorubas before igbos have a sense of achievement

you igbos already have Rivers state, Delta state, Anambra states yet you are more concerned about the SW, the Yorubas and who is governor of Lagos.

Another igbo man named Ifeanyi Okowa was also the governor of Delta for 8 years.

The marginalisation, disenfrenchisement and political alienation of the igbos will always bring chaos to Nigeria. You cant have peace and progress without the full integration of everyone, it is just against natural law.

Lets see if they will blame the white man, because the igbos have been saying this for years, fought a civil war because of it, but they all turned a blind eye.

Igbos are not marginalized..

the way Nigeria is structured, ethnic nations that control a state can never ever be relegated, igbos control at least 5 states, the states means indigenous government officials ( Igbo officials ) will always receive funds.

If Igbos were marginalized then that means that since 1970 they have not received any allocation from the FG and they have never held any federal government political appointments, and never been governors in their own states..

DEFINITELY WORTH READING.

FINAL EXIT OF P&G: Farewell my 1st Love.

I finished my Youth Service in Feb. 2005. I was given a letter of recommendation from where I served in Jos (Vitafoam Nig. Plc). I was scheduled for an interview at their Head Office in Oba Akran, Lagos. I was to resume in their Kano Branch as Maintenance Engineer but religious crisis happened around that time. They had to shut down the Site to forestall collateral damages. Hence, I had to officially be flung to the ocean of "labour market". My first bite of "Nigeria Happened to You".

P&G said Nigeria is a $50m net sales country which means when they convert their sales to dollars they get $50m in 2022/2023 which means they make around N60b in sales.

Exchange rate for $$ in 2023 is around N900 - N1200 per dollar

Now divide N60b by N1200 you will get around $50m.

But in 2014 - 2015 the exchange rate for $$ was around N180 - N200.
So Let's assume they were still making N60billion in sales in 2014-2015.

Now divide the same N60b by N200 you will get around $300m.

So they went from making at least $300m per year in 2014 to making $50m per year in 2023.

If you were the owner of the company won't you close your operations.

stop spreading fake news about P&G situation Nigeria.

As I read the bolded, I knew I was reading something written by an unenlightened fellow who believes he is always right.

Someone said the purchasing power has taken a hit and your response was No, it's the naira's exchange rate that has taken a hit.

Can someone come and explain to this chap that a collapsed exchange rate in an import dependent country automatically divides the purchasing power of it's citizens as the prices of goods will skyrocket.

I would understand if it was a 10yr old I had to explain that to.

Pls someone should help me put this fellow through as I don't think I can make it even easier to understand.

[/b]
Dharmiejoe:
why are you contradicting yourself. In a dollarized economy where the naira is depreciating against dollar, the prices of goods and services will go up this reduces the purchasing power of nigerians. Simple!!
Like I told nedu666 It has to do with exchange rate.

They said Nigeria is a $50m net sales country which means when they convert their sales to dollars they get $50m in 2022/2023 which means they make around N60b in sales.

Exchange rate for $$ in 2023 is around N900 - N1200 per dollar

So they went from making at least $300m per year in 2014 to making $50m per year in 2023.

If you were the owner of the company won't you close your operations.

So like I said it has nothing to do with Nigerians purchasing power. The exchange rate has hit companies that repatriate foreign funds to their parent companies badly or even worstly.

I don't blame them. Like seriously a country of 200 million people generated a net sales of $50 million dollars. As in that is the height of poverty. Nigerians purchasing power has taken a serious hit

That's 50 billion naira.

If $1 was equal to 30 naira they won't be complaining.

You're wrong it's not the purchasing power that has taken serious hit it's the naira's exchange rate that has taken a massive hit.
