Do you mean Desktop applications or mobile applications (Android and iOS)?

If you are referring to the latter, and you intend to build native apps, then you might want to learn Java or kotlin or both. And for iOS you might want to learn Swift or objective C, swift recommended though.

If you want to build hybrid apps, like 2 in 1, then you might want to consider flutter or React Native.

So, you should decide which one you want to choose and go for it.

Which one of those documents do you want the age on it to be the same as the other documents?

For instance, if the age on WAEC is what you want to retain and other documents to follow suit, then you can do age affidavit in a customary court and then head over to NPC(national population census) for birth certificate and you are good to go.

WAEC is the problem here.
