Oh....all the banks have separate exchange rate the same day and na Mastercard set am? FirstBank ex different from UBA, GTB, Fidelity on the same day? Mastercard is just a mode of payment like visa is.....I still insist the banks sets the exchange rate.

for now the banks with the best rates are Fidelity bank - 180/200, UBA - 171. the banks to avoid for now are diamond bank-143, gtb- 138. i will try out stanbic, firstbank and eco next time i withdraw funds.

Hello guys...it seems I'm about to lose above 100k soon.

I exchanged money to dollars and sent abroad for something to buy, but due to some reasons I want the money to be sent back...it was exchanged from bkackmarket for 228naira last month...if the person sends back the dollars how will I ensure I don't lose a huge chunk of my money cos I heard CBN is still going for 198.9 despite the black market soaring around 245naira. I'm about opening a GTBank dollar account.

So what can I do to salvage this situation?

I beg to disagree with articles like this that paint subjective issues with a color brush. They certainly don't encourage a lady to keep her head up and hold her shoulder high. There's more to living than marriage. And behavior should be by themselves and not fashioned to nick a husband.

sorry to disappoint you guys but the truth is that SRT 4922a cannot decrypt encryped channels even tho you suscribe for 1yr,it only decrypts channels tv and WAPtv cos they are "Free-To-View" and only a "paired receiver" (those rechargeable/suscribable decoders with a smartcard before the advent of 4675,4675a,4672,4635 and 4940) and decrypt them,pls i don't work for mytv o before your quoting and bashing...thanks!

f------k dstv, i will rather go for canal+ for my pay center and try adding champion tv hd decoder.
i have been using canal+ for a yr now.
it has 3 dedicated french sport channel plus ss3 english

Irib I can authoritatively tell you is gone for good on Arab 5c and the reason has nothing to do with Dstv. Just today Al-jazeera announced that Saudi Arabia had warned the Iranian broadcasting network about a program they deemed offensive and told them to pull down, but that was not heeded to and that has lead us here. Irib was pulled down with immediate effect. Saudi controls the Satellite Arab 5C were we got irib tv3 and varzesh from. So our biggest options remain other satellites were Irib transmits from aside Arab 5c. Thank u.
