What happened to federal character principle? In the 1950s and 1960s there was complain of the north being left out of governance due to their educational disadvantage and the federal character was introduced to guarantee them slots in key govt positions.
Isn't it time we adopt that same federal character for a fairer muslim to christian ratio in key governance position?

If there is any serious and relevant authority he could meet to help try and have some of his script remarked let him do it. He may even involve the parents to help him get his remark.
Another way is to appeal to EFCC and try and force the remark.

For instance if a person with 260 applying for medicine in UI is rejected, a Madonna or Igbinedion can quickly offer the person admission instead of having that individual seeking admission in Benin republic out of frustration. What I have found so far is that self taught and mediocre programmers hate UML this is like a builder that hates an Architect's plan of a building. The reason for this is that when self taught and mediocre programmers don't know something that is very important in software development, self taught and mediocre programmers are very quick to criticise what they don't know.

UML was developed by IBM and it is the only modelling tool that is industry standard. UML is like the Architect's plan of a building which will ensures that if a builder can read and understand the Architect's plan then the builder can extend and repair a building without causing unknown damage to the building. Software Engineering Graduates are taught how to create UML diagrams and to write their code from the UML diagram this way they are sure any modification or extension to a software does not break something else in the software.

I must leave it here for now as I have explained so much so far and I have projects to attend to.

I happen to have learnt programming with a book that taught/ introduced uml along with programming. It is "Java How To Program - 7e".

A self taught programmer can never in a life time acquire the knowledge a Software Engineering Graduate or Computer Science Graduate have acquired while at uni. If Software Engineering Graduates or Computer Science Graduates are given the chance to gain experience by writing the programs the self taught and mediocre programmers are writing then the quality of software Software Engineering Graduates or Computer Science Graduates will produce will become a different ball game.

When it happened i knew there would be reprisal attack , Fulani values their cow lot more than anything else ... Jos youths killed 38 cows on june 6th, Fulani were responsible enough to call Police to help them rescue 15 COWS that means Jos youths attempted to kill 53 cows

Now i am not saying the reprisal on Jos is deserved and no cow should be worth human lives, but in reality we all know this was going to happen, i had expected leaders in Barkin Ladi community to go to Miyetti Allah , call for dialogue and resolve it , but silence as they say is consent , at least from Fulani/ Miyetti Point of view .



I haven't read of Miyetti Allah taking responsibility but if they did , I do not think Police, DSS will want to arrest anyone because Miyetti Allah group have some very powerful members and patrons including Jonathan, i do not see anybody getting arrested , this issue will have to be settled amicably , You may quote me to insult me but this is not presidential pardon, Unless the individuals who carried out the attack can be found , Government won't clamp down on Miyetti Allah, there would be consequences, especially since some people's interest is to bring Buhari's government down by all means
