When I was still working as a Therapist two years ago, I know of one Nigerian man that was cured of HIV. He was HIV positive but finally became HIV Negative.

It’s been the West, moving East. Since the end of the Cold War, the West has been systematically cutting Russia off from the rest of the world, using NATO.
What’s happening in Ukraine today is the same thing that happened in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. please go and read about the Cuban missile crisis if you can. America put nuclear missiles in Italy and Turkey. The Soviet Union ‘RESPONDED’ by putting missiles in the Caribbean (via submarines) and Cuba. America learned about the Soviet missiles in the Caribbean and Cuba and freaked out bc of the extremely close proximity of the Soviets’ military infrastructure. With Soviet missiles that close, America would not have sufficient time to analyze, evaluate and respond to a potential threat. America went nuts, demanded the Soviets immediately remove the missiles. The Soviets had made the same complaints and demands about America’s nuclear missiles in Italy and Turkey. The United States said those missiles were defensive. After the Soviets responded in kind putting the same in the Caribbean and Cuba, America said the missiles were an aggressive threat. The Cuban Missile Crisis had begun. The Soviets were not the aggressors, they were the respondent. The United States wasn’t having it and began plans to invade Cuba, put 100,000 plus troops on Florida beaches, set up an illegal Naval blockade in the Caribbean blocking all ships from reaching Cuba and the United States, flew Spy Planes over Cuba (which got shot down, killing Air Force Pilot Rudolph Anderson). The U.S. also attacked Soviet submarines which were lawfully patrolling in international water and hadn’t fired on anyone. Pretty hypocritical, right? The Soviets were simply responding in kind, and refused to back down. In the end, in order to avoid nuclear war, America agreed to remove its nuclear missiles from Italy and Turkey, and thereafter the Soviets agreed to remove its missiles from Cuba, restoring the status quo and balance of power to the position the parties were in before America dramatically expanded its military footprint. Today, we see the EXACT SAME scenario happening. The West has been building up its NATO footprint, putting NATO weapons, nuclear missiles, missile defense systems and special forces in former Soviet states. Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan we’re a step too far for Putin inasmuch as this is literally on the doorstep of Russia. Putin has amassed his extraordinary military machinery and has told the world that NATO missiles are NOT going into Ukraine. Putin has also demanded the West remove its missiles from the former Soviet states surrounding Russia. Sound familiar! Putin will win this battle, NATO and the rest of the world will agree to restore the status quo and remove NATO missiles. If the Biden / NATO missiles currently on their way actually enter Ukraine, you will see Putin respond with the use of his vast military.

NL1960: Good point. In Uniben, if you did not score 50% in the PUTME, no addmission for you even you had 9A1s and 400/400 in JAMB.
If the OP really scored 13/16 in A/Level and such O/Level result, then scoring 15/30 in the PUTME should not be a problem.
So the OP should tell us what led to such a low score of 13/30 in the PUTME.
You can ask all the candidate who did post utme in Unilorin. It's such a chaotic situation. I was even surprised that I got 13% considering the time.limit and other technical issues that was witness.
Herbarium: To be honest, you did not meet the post utme cut off mark. 15% out of possible 30% is the minimum requirement before you can be considered for admission irrespective of your O'level and UTME scores. You scored 13% which is below 15%. This is equivalent to having scored 43% out of 100% which is below 50%.
Actually according to reliable source the score are calculated differently but together. Their portal also indicate this. So I strongly believed that's not the problem here. But thanks for your summition

I'm not a graduate but I can tell you that most of your point is valid only to few youth. Now i had many experience Job experience but no certificate to back. Going back to school is any uphill task furthermore, I can fill an positions from Director downwards to Supervisiory level. Again with no certificate.

I had same experience in 2010 when I was fresh out of the secondary school. 270+ in jamb and 80+ in postume (it was computer based so you see your result immediately), yet no admission. Those scores were more than enough to get me into Law that I applied for. They didn't even manage to give me library science. On the admissions list I kept seeing Risikat, Rashidat,all the Shat (Muslim names). My dear when looking for admission in Nigeria, make sure you apply to the universities in your state or your catchment area. If you apply to schools outside your geopolitical zone then you will stay at home for years.
Unilorin did not give admission after all my efforts getting a relatively good result-. 13 point A' Level. With 28% O'Level 13% Post Utme. Total Aggregate score of 67% out of 100% could not get me admission with course Social Work. That is not even a competitive course. I'm bitter badly.
