It's rather amusing how everyone cowers at the word 'Islam'.These days you can't say or do anything against islam for fear of retribution from extremists.Yet these people are given a free hand to attack any religion they please with impunity. What's wrong with this picture ![]() |

Just before you begin to sing their praises to the high heavens, you may want to read this: My Arik Air Airways Flight Nightmare Here's an excerpt On 5th August 2010, my daughter (3 years old) and I arrived Lagos International Airport from Calabar (local airport in Nigeria) at 1730hrs to board a scheduled return International flight to JFK New York with Arik Airways (Arik Air 107). We were informed (alongside other passengers) that the flight was canceled due to aircraft technical issues. We were told to return the next day for a tentative flight that was scheduled to depart by 1800hrs. The Arik Airways Airport Manager, Ms. Adaobi Molokwu then told us that Arik Airways will not provide accommodation & feeding for passengers and will not be liable for connecting passengers who will miss their connecting flight in New York JFK due to the flight cancellation. Ms. Molokwu was extremely uncooperative in assisting passengers or addressing our concerns. The same attitude was exhibited by other Arik Airways staffs that were present. One pregnant Arik Airways staff member said “when we the passengers were tried of complaining, we will return home”. They ignored us, while they all stared at their computer screens. They would not respond to many of our questions. This lack of concern from Arik Airways airport management and staff, angered the passengers greatly and resulted in several heated exchanges. Due to all the frustration from them ignoring us, I became vocal and demanded answers to our concerns by turning the computer monitor away from the closest Arik staff. This led to the staff member jumping to his feet to start a fight with me and the other passengers. In the process I was shoved into a 3ft wide X 4ft long window, which broke and injured me. I was bleeding heavily from my right hand. The commotion inside Arik Airways office alerted the Nigerian Aviation Authority, so they came to find-out what was going on. Arik Airways did not provide any medical treatment for my injuries, the Aviation Authority were the ones that called in a paramedic to clean my cuts. Timbaland Refutes Suicide Report: “Why Would I Commit Suicide?” Yesterday, Timbaland was the focus of a Malibu manhunt amid concerns he might be suicidal. Today, the uber producer is talking about the whole mix-up. “It ain’t nothin to worry about,” he said during an interview this morning with Ryan Seacrest. According to family members, the 39-year-old hip-hop superstar disappeared following the theft of a $2 million Jacob & Co. watch from his home. His wife and mother-in-law called in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said he had left his Malibu home “upset, under a lot of stress” and they feared a “possible suicide attempt.” An APB was issued before 5 p.m., and a helicopter and squad cars were mobilized. Sheriff’s deputies soon found him driving near the Pacific Coast Highway. But Timbaland says everyone way overreacted. The beatmaster himself called in to Ryan’s radio show this morning to clear up any suicide rumors, saying that the whole incident was blown out of proportion, and that this isn’t the first time people have stolen from him. “I don’t know what happened to be honest with you, I don’t know what people are talking about,” he said. “People steal from me all the time. Stuff did happen, it wasn’t a watch it was something else.” What he was upset about was that the item had been in his house and he knew someone he trusted had taken it. He then took a drive to clear his head. “It’s people that are close to you, you know,” he explained. “So only thing I did was take a drive to see how my head is.” When he didn’t respond to frantic calls from friends, they assumed the worst. “They probably thought because I won’t talk to them, I guess people got worried. If my mom ain’t callin’ or my brother or my best friend, ain’t nothing to worry about. The officer pulled me over, he just had to do procedures. I snapped, ‘Who the heck reported something like that? No, why would I commit suicide?’ ” Timbaland was calling from the studio, where he is currently putting the final touches on Keri Hilson’s new album. “I’m in the studio,” he said. “I don’t know if a person committing suicide would be in the studio.” source

Liverpool is far frm relegation but aint doin great either.I seriously doubt Hodgson is the problem,i'd lay the buck on all those internal board squabbles btw Gillett & Hicks, debt issues & protracted sale of the club. These issues nid to be resolved & will naturally reflect on the club |
