No president want a divide nation... You guys wanted to leave the federation nation the wrong way. I am condoning the actions of Yakubu government and ojukwu that leads to the death of innocent 2 million igbos....but this is the time to move on.

Having a land locked south eastern Nigeria withouth south southern states of rivers, bayelsa and cross river state will be suicidal to the igbos.
Your land is not good for agriculture
Your population is way too much for the tiny land mass in the east and you have 1/3 of your people living in other regions in Nigeria.

I have been to the east and I am currently serving in port harcourt...Nigeria problem is not diversity but lack of knowledge, corruption and laziness.

about middle east.....google is ur best friend, check to confirm my data
I hate when people like you pretend to be unbiased while showing nothing but ethinc sentiments. Who told you that the land in the east isn't good for agriculture? Since you live in PH, where does the plantain, oranges, pineapples, vegetables, garri, palm oil etc eaten there come from, you think food is all about northern tomatoes and onions alone?
Who said that the east cannot build a seaport? Is Lagos which has the highest population in the country and the majority of Igbos outside the SE bigger than any state in the east? Where does your land mass rubbish come in there?

Yorubas, other southern minorities and middle belt dominates those sectors.

I know there is a problem in the North with education which is down to institutional Islam is the region but some states like katsina and sokoto are trying....the problem is still religion
That is one part of the question answered, I also asked how?
Please tell us.
I am very interested in learning.

You're a lier. The NIPP is the brainchild of Obasanjo. I was in Ota on 27/05/2007 when the chopper carrying Obasanjo flew across my roof to Papalanto, Ifo to commission the Olorunsogo power plant in Ogun State.
On telecommunication, would MTN and the rest have come without Obasanjo's approval?
Johnson stop quoting me if you have nothing sensible to say.
What is the point of having a brain child if all you could do is embezzle the money meant to implement it?
What is the big deal in signing a contract with telecoms company? Did he install any mast, PABX or any infrastructure whatsoever for them? Should we be licking Abacha's rotten arsè for ''allowing'' DSTV to come to Nigeria or should we be listing the presence of Jumia, Konga and OlX as part of GEJ's achievements?

Istreal doesn't have the largest per capital income in near east.

Istreal per capital income: $37, 000
Qatar per capital income : $99, 000
kuwait per capital income : $45,000
united arab emirate : $65, 000

As you can see Istreal is not the country with highest per capital income in near east ( middle east).
Dont give me that stories that those other countries are oil producing nations. ...we all know that istreal is an extension of Europe and north America in middle east, most of her economy is down to America and European aids in technology and military.

Back to Nigeria, igbos are not that technically sound as you assert...Nigeria is relatively a very poor country with large shortage in technical, engineering and scientific labour force because of our poor engineering/ technological and scinestific education. Nevertheless, igbos are very industrious hence they dominate the informal sector of small retailing, importation of substandard product from china for quick bugs....

You need much more than that to developed.
who dominate the banking sector in Nigeria?
who dominate the construction industry in Nigeria?
who dominate the oil and gas industry in Nigeria?
All these are dominated by technically sound people and they are not igbos....
Can you tell us who dominate those sectors you listed and why you think they dominate them? I am waiting.
As for your Northern Nigeria and Arable land, look towards Chad and Niger with even larger land mass to see what they will become without oil money to provide free fertilizers, dams and other infrstructures.
Once again, please tell us who dominates those sectors and how.

Who built the NIPP that is now generating the 4MW? Who introduced the Telecoms companies, banks and oil companies that gave millions of Nigerian youths jobs between 2002 and 2009? Who even sat Jona's ass on the presidency? All thanks to OBJ, this great man squashed any form of uprising during his time, he was ECOWAS leader, He was ANC leader, a typical African spokesperson, just a little lower than Mandela and u compare him to this one? Mtchewwww, smh for u.
Obasanjo didn't build any of the NIPP, he kept signining and signing contracts embezelling the money for 8 years with absoulutely nothing to show for it until GEJ came and completed them from a level of not more than 20%. Obasanjo didn't introduce any telecom company or banks, the telecom companies came on their own because the time was right, it was a revoultion that swept every country in the world at that time, even Benin rep. had them before us. It is like saying Abacha introduced Pay TV companies like DSTV or that GEJ introduced online sales companies like Jumia, Konga, OLX etc. Pure nonsense.
How did Obasanjo squash the uprising of Niger delta militants who were using our Navy and Army for practice then? He even admitted allowing boko haram to have their sharia so that they wouldn't disturb his government.

Then you don't know what militancy is.
By your logic, the Denmark cartoon riots, the miss world riots, the Jos crisis and all forms of religious and ethinc crisis in the north under the idiotic OBJ also qualifies as insurgency.

Was there insurgency during Obj's period? Wasn't the EFCC instigated during Obj's period? Your opinions lack facts and reasoning.
Was there militancy during GEJ's period?
Was the free elections at any level during OBJ's period?

I know Obasanjo hidden problem, he wants to remain the longest serving president in Nigeria And does not want Jonathan to break his records if he adds another four years. Baba is smart.
Jonathan can never break OBJ's record, the latest he can stay in office is 2019 and that will make it 9 years in office from 2010.
Obasanjo on the other hand, ruled Nigeria as a military administrator for almost 4 years before getting 8 years as President, a total of 12 years but he achieved absolutely nothing yet people still listen to the scoundrel.
Obasanjo had 12 years to solve every problem bedevilling Nigeria but he couldn't, instead he added more.

Some of them said Boko haram cannot make it in Cameroon because their Muslims and Christians are united and Cameroonians can come to together to defeat them.
That is exactly the opposite with Nigeria and it hs been like that since time immemorial.

Continue deluding yourself. I have already told you on another thread that I do not endorse the assault of our Senate President. My point to you and others is that lawlessness and chaos can quickly become the order of the day if mindlessly dictatorial actions and provocative abuse of power is not checked and/or condemned. If you start a war why complain hypocritically about casualties?

Your dishonesty is obvious with how you want to focus on the assault on Mark whereas you do not acknowledge a big and very pivotally dangerous development for Nigeria the entire world has condemned. I.e the clearly biased use of the NPF to truncate the sacred principle of separation of power.
Be honest with yourself, would you be giving us a lecture on war and casualties if Tambuwal was at the receiving end of the slap?
Politics › Re: House Of Reps Members Angry With David Mark (video) by Collynzo9(op): 2:03pm On Nov 21, 2014
Gbawe:
OP.

[s]You make me laugh. Do you not even hear an aggrieved politician shouting at the chastened and cowering Ihedioha that "because we do not have security" clearly indicating the toxic anger at how the NPF partisanly allowed allowed Ihedioha ( a deputy to Tambuwal) into the NASS while shutting out Tambuwal et al?

If you cannot understand the anger and actions of these guys which saw the disgraceful desecration of their place of work by partisan politics, to the extent Mark and Ihedioha were humbly chastened, then you are simply a partisan and sentimental individual with no objectivity whatsoever. GEJ wants to import divisions into the NASS, as he did with the NGF, so that he profits from a divided house and toxic legislature. GEJ put Ihedioha, in particular, in a very difficult situation and this is why the deputy speaker appears crestfallen rather than defiant or argumentative. Belive me, Mark and Ihedioha fully understand the anger of their own comrades and this is why you see them humble and chastened.[/s]
Stories that suit the soul.
There is absolutely no excuse or justification for that slap no matter how hard you try.

Watch the video, scroll to 15:29 to see how David mark was slapped and his reaction which was to simply walk away while the tout was still spoiling for a fight. Judging from such a reaction, that guy is in trouble if you ask me.

majekdom2:
these countries you mentioning don't export crude , rather they buy and export refined products.US is a leading producer of crude , they rank above nigeria , yet they still buy our crude. This is to tell you why there is a fall in their product price. The consumption should be double or Tripple of nigeria.am only correcting that notion that import has got to fall.period.
It is a fact and not a notion that the price of importing refined petroleum products has to fall along with the price of crude oil. It is basic.
The price of the refined products is a function of the price the crude oil was bought.
Politics › Re: President Seeks To Cut Fuel Subsidies After Oil Decline by Collynzo9: 9:52am On Nov 21, 2014
majekdom2:
read thru my earlier quote of you. You still don't understand.which ever source you need to buy for is going to sell perhaps higher .they bought the refined crude they selling to you now at a higher price from you earlier. They cannot sell lower that's the effect of the change. The refined crude we buying is not the one sold last week or last month. Read up on crude and refined products transportation. Now get this clear, your crude is useless except it is refined. You can't put a raw crude to run your vehicle. If you don't buy their products they will sell to their citizens but you have got to sell your own crude to generate income and if you don't sell they will buy from other countries. Bro , the price of fuel didn't change because the government fixes the price and that's why we have this problem now. If we refining there would be competition , and thus we could have a different story.
What exactly is your point? Is the crude oil they bought at a higher price supposed to last forever? What have they been selling to their customers then? The drop in Prices of petroleum products in US and other places wouldn't have come to effect if the marketers had not exhausted their previous stock bought at the former price.
By the way, this cut is subsidy is meant to take effect from next year, would we still be buying at a high price by then? Assuming crude oil prices do not suddenly go up.
