Mysticwebb: Zombie. Go on. I know you are not even aware that that bill was initially rejected. Just know that approving it now only means that a lot of lobbying and bribing has happened behind closed doors spearheaded by the senate leadership. If my senator voted doesn't mean it is a popular choice. You think by being directly or indirectly involved in this wicked act will make you immune to the consequences of this action. Just know that is not true. Another mumu talk. If majority didn't want it, it wouldn't pass. If they were induced, it means they never wanted it unless they got bribed. |

Mysticwebb: Leave matter, we are not from Pluto, we do watch their session. Those who are in support of this bill say Ahi! those against say nay! The ahis have it. That is how it always go when the senate leaders are heavily induced to have the bill pass at all cost. That voice vote is always dubious. Plus the lobbying from the senate leaders to their ever loyal colleagues to have a useless bill passed because the executive wants it so. Tell that your majority vote stories to kids. Sharapova. No bill can be passed if there is no consensus. The senator representing your constituency likely voted in support. |

Until Nigerian youths begin to waylay these criminals and deal with them, that's when we can witness real change.. I believe the only language these criminals understand is violence.. Ordinary garri that happens to be the cheapest thing no matter what is now 600 per Congo.. Garri oo. As a family man, 10k is now useless to stock the house Don't worry Angels would come down to make Nigeria great. I always laugh when I read that the price of commodities have risen and the citizens are complaining. If you like don't farm, don't produce, don't toil. If you like institute EndSARS version 2.0. Sharatan: The glaring impunity with which the current ruling government involves itself in embezzlement and corruption is disastrous and undeserving of the Nigerian people. During the 2019 elections, Adams Oshiomhole, a former National Chairman of the APC had announced that those who joined the ruling party would have their "sins" forgiven. He encouraged more politicians in opposition parties to toe the path of some members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who had defected to the APC at that time; Some of those that have been forgiven so far by the corrupt Buhari regime are;
Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika (retd.), a former chief of army staff, was connected to the $2.1 billion embezzlement scam arms deal involving the former National security advisor, Sambo Dasuki.
Adebayo Alao-Akala, a former governor of Oyo state in 2019 was involved in a N11.5 billion fraud and embezzlement scandal.
Orji Uzor Kali, a former governor of Abia state was involved in money laundering schemes up to the tune of N3.2 billion.
Stella Oduah was also involved in over N9.4 billion fraud during her tenure as minister for aviation.
Senator Godswill Akpabio, a former governor of Awka Ibom state and current minister of Niger Delta affairs, was involved in diversion of state funds up to the tune of N100 billion during his tenure as governor of the oil rich state; He is also involved in a N40 billion fraud in the Niger Delta development commission.
Joshua Dariye, former governor of Plateau state has also been accused of diverting N1.12 billion from the state government's ecological fund You are right about this. But I would like to see consistency in your opinion by pointing us to what you wrote about them whilst they were in the opposition. |

Globad: You guys have repeated this Yoruba Muslim nonsense to the extent that you don't think about its obvious stupidity anymore. So, you interviewed all Muslims and Christians in Yorubaland to know their position on this issue? You also spoke to all Igbo Christians to know their position?
Just when you want to give young people a chance, they end up thinking and behaving in an even more stupid way than those they criticise. You think the junkie you quoted even understand what he wrote? meth is said to have overtaken a lot of the youth over there. One cannot take them serious. |

SonofLothbrok: You are truly a dumb person. You know nothing about your constitution but you came online to argue blindly.
Read 1999 Constitution, Section 137: A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if he has been elected to such office at any two previous elections.
Are you saying APC is dashing Presidency. You are openly admitting elections in Nigeria are rigged in favour of their candidates.
"No igbo man have openly thrown his hat to contest for Presidency in PDP" It is either you're being mischievous or you are a liar like lia Muhammad. Peter Obi and many others have done that. but PDP for reasons best known to them wants to give it to a Northern candidate. Sharap dumbo. Peter Obi wants to be president, yet when they had a convention recently, he made no attempt. Don't worry, someone would dash him president one day. Mumu. |

[s] SonofLothbrok: Stop trying to play smart. If you don't know anything about the history of your elections and the agreement that was made. You can equally ask an elder.
1999 elections the various parties presented a Yoruba candidates.
2003 election the president was to step down but he decided to contest against a fulani candidate. Which they said it was his right according to the constitution. This particular move brought about 8 years rule from the major tribes.
2007 elections the various parties presented Fulani candidates
The only time there was a change of candidates was the time the president died and the Vice President had to take over. Which presented him an opportunity to contest against an Fulani candidate in the 2011 general election because of the same given right according to the constitution. Which he won and We all knew these brought a lot of controversial arguments.
2015 general election the same Vice President-now-President contested again against a Fulani Candidate. Which was to mark his 8 years Tenure but the Yoruba tribe and Fulani was not happy because according to them they felt they have never benefited anything in his tenure. So they made sure his presidency never see the light of the day. Which he lost
2019 General Election the parties presented a Fulani candidates Claiming the North have not completed their 8 years rule.
Discussions about 2023 elections is going on. This time the presidency belongs to the Igbo's but the other major tribes wants to bring back the former Vice President who became an elected president in 2011 to contest and make a Yoruba or Fulani man his Vice and on the line either impeach him or kill him. In order to take over the presidency again. [/s] You are truly a kid. Please can you state where in the constitution this was written? I won't hold my breathe on that because you cannot. Even within the party that claimed they would abide by a rotational policy, they have continued and would continue to renege on such an accord. Note, in 2003, VP Atiku attempted to contest but was shut down quickly when his file on corruption was opened by his own President. Even in PDP today, not a single Igbo man has placed his hat in the ring with the view to contesting for the position of president. I guess they are waiting for APC to dash them. CLOWNS. |
