LegendHero: Hamzat na OG.
He step down publicly and shelved his ambition for Sanwoolu in 2019.
People that are patient like this are not easily rebellious. Exactly! Stepping down for a candidate less popular than him then was a big sacrifice I’ve always admired Dr Hamzat from his time as Commissioner |
Politics › Re: Lagos 2027 Election: James Faleke Urges Support For Hamzat by commoditiesnig(m): 10:19pm On Apr 10 |
At all.. Hamzat beat Ambode in all ramifications. Hamzat was the most popular governorship candidate after Fashola tenure but BAT decided on Ambode, his then Accountant General. princeade86: Ambo will be better than hamzat |

dalongjnr: This is unacceptable, considering the fact that millions in the register are either dead or have left the country. This is criminal of them. The register must be updated. Say no to rigging. If INEC can't update the voter register, then political parties should not do so 🙄 🤔. What a shameless, pocketed manipulative,dependent-independent agency. Oga calm down and read well. INEC isn’t again the exercise but they say TIMING is the constraint bearing in mind only months to general election Do you know how long and time consuming it takes to do voter revalidation? Let’s Stop Criticising for the sake of criticising |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Approves Production Tax Credit To Fast-Track Shell’s $20 Billion FID by commoditiesnig(m): 9:42pm On Apr 10 |
Good one for the economy PlasmaTV: My problem with Tinubu is that he's always doing projects that do not benefit the common man.
Nigeria has a history of pocketing the profits of the collective majority. If this isn't handled well, it will enrich a set of people and leave the common man in the same state.
Naija and oyel sha. It is well with us. The Bonga Southwest Aparo project, operated by Shell in partnership with other international oil companies, is expected to create more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs.and this fellow says such a massive project wouldn’t benefit the common man! Project that’ll create thousands of jobs. Don’t be ridiculous! |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Approves Production Tax Credit To Fast-Track Shell’s $20 Billion FID by commoditiesnig(m): 4:23pm On Apr 10 |
Welcome development SeriouslySense: Sobo juice.
To sumarize the report. What really happened is that President Tinubu approved the gazetting of incentives that will support Shell proposed Bonga deep Offshore Oil Project, the first deep water oil project in Nigeria .
What the gazetting does it to publish an official document which could be a law, or regulation that regulates the project or supports the project, in this case they claim it will support the project.
The next phase is the final step before the flow of funds to the project. Now NNPC and Shell will meet to make the final investment decision (FID) before the release of funding. Good clarification |

Putindbutt: When we thought these comedians had entertained us enough, they even have more jokes up their sleeves.
You went back to the same court and the same judge you have been disobeying?, Lol.
You went back to the same court and the same judge to ask for mandatory injunction against the order of Appeal Court which INEC obeyed.
You must be living in a fool's paradise if you think the court will bend to your shortcut.
Instead of obeying the court who asked you to come and show cause, you rather were dancing and clowning at INEC's office. Your blackmailing is about to backfire. Exactly.. well said Those ADC people are just Jokers |

You could have a point tho.. I’m not 💯 conversant with Ogun politics (although I served/lived there many years back). One thing I do know is that Ogun politics is always tightly contested.. heavy political juggernauts fill Ogun well well! Let’s keep fingers crossed to their primaries next year. helinues: In a primary where Iyabo Obasanjo, Dimeji Bankole and Yayi in Apc, Yayi will come a distant third.
Which relationship or closeness do Yayi want to be claiming with Tinubu that others are not more closer..I mean is Yayi more close to Tinubu than Iyabo and Dimeji? |

Politics › Re: Why Governor Otti Has Refused To Join Peter Obi In ADC – Cubana Chief Priest by commoditiesnig(m): 7:02pm On Apr 07 |
Alex Otti is an example that Tinubu isn’t your problem, but your governors, because the same allocation given to him is also given to all the states’ governors.
Y’all should hold your governors accountable; maybe then the country will be better for all. As far as I am concerned, Tinubu gives all the Governors’ allocations to my own state, Imo. Our Governor is working; if all the Governors do like them, we will get a better country.” Well said! I’VE ALWAYS ADVOCATED THIS.. CITIZENS HOLD THIER STATE GOVTS AND LOCAL GOVT ACCOUNTABLE. OUR SUB-NATIONAL GOVTS HAVE INCREASED ALLOCATIONS FROM FG… THE HIGHEST EVER IN HISTORY OF NIGERIA. Otti doing well Mbah doing fantastically well (my Gov of the year) Sanwo-Olu doing well Sheriff doing well My Gov.
