It took less than 10 working days to get to WES. She had earlier applied for the student copy of her transcript though

Hello, my wife applied for her NTI PGDE transcript as well as her BSC in UNILORIN in November. UNILORIN has since sent and verified from their side but, NTI is yet to send from their side. It's almost 5 months now. Please, does anyone know what step we can take on this.

Good day everyone,
My wife applied for her PGDE transcript from the National Teachers'Institute (NTI) in November same day she did for her degree from Unilorin. Since then, we have not heard from them and the documents are awaiting on the WES page.
It's noteworthy to say here that UNILORIN have sent theirs same November and they have even verified the documents.
Please, does anyone know how we can go about it as time is running against us.
