1) Peter Obi fought Chris Ngige in court, won and became governor in March 2006 but the judgement wasn't illegal.
2) Peter Obi was impeached in November, 2006 but he went to court and won in February 2007 but the judgement was legal
3) Peter Obi also went to court to extend his tenor in court so that he could spend his 4 year tenure. He also won that case but the judgement was fantastically legal
This is the first loss Peter Obi will have and suddenly the Judiciary is now suddenly filled with injustice, corrupt, bastardized etc all because Obi had a watery and silly case
That means Peter Obi also bought his judgements in all the cases he has been winning all these years

DrMPH: Exactly. That's what they hate to hear. We want a precedence to be established so that there will be no doubt in anyone's mind about the fate of this nation. They can reinforce the PEPC judgment if they want, but it will bring closure to all those who still believe in constitutional democracy in Nigeria. I wonder why they're so pained PO is going to SC. Jashub: I struggle to understand how some stupid people can see corruption and be at peace with it.
Anyway, mediocrity has always been a norm among Nigerians so seeking justice through the legal process isn't something some Nigerians can understand mrvitalis: The illegality must be made into laws by the Supreme Court 1) Peter Obi fought Chris Ngige in court, won and became governor in March 2006 but the judgement wasn't bought 2) Peter Obi was impeached in November, 2006 but he went to court and won in February 2007 but the judgement was great 3) Peter Obi also went to court to extend his tenor in court so that he could spend his 4 year tenure. He also won that case but the judgement was fantastic This is the first and only loss Peter Obi will have and suddenly the Judiciary is now suddenly filled with injustice, corrupt, bastardized etc all because he had a watery and silly case That means Peter Obi also bought his judgements in all the cases he has been winning all these years

oyichi: Having read some of the so we called judgement that emanated from the pept judges, I deduced these two points, the first point is that the judgement was more like the judges vs the petitioners, they did not act professionally at all, at a point they were almost insulting the petitioners, the second point is that I was forced to believe that a nairalander wrote the 25 percent in Abuja judgement, everyone of us here are conversant with statements like, Abuja people are not more special, Abuja people does not have two heads, that's exactly what uzed out of the judges. It's so unfortunate that an election that roundly condemned by all observers that participated in the election was the one those judges are saying there is nothing wrong with. 1) Peter Obi fought Chris Ngige in court, won and became governor in March 2006 but the judgement wasn't bought 2) Peter Obi was impeached in November, 2006 but he went to court and won in February 2007 but the judgement great 3) Peter Obi also went to court to extend his tenor in court so that he could spend his 4 year tenure. I am not surprised. Many innocent souls have been sentenced by corrupt Nigeria judges.

Buhari contested presidency several times even when his chances were very slim and fail and went to court but there was no northerner that speak against him telling him there was no hope for him. Why are Igbos like this. Your individualistic way of life will continue to make you people will remain political orphan in Nigeria politics The IIGB0S are the architects of their own misfortune. 1) The Fulanis didn't go on social media insulting all non supporters of Buhari before the elections 2) The Fulanis didn't go on social media claiming they won and expecting the judges to use social media evidences to declare Buhari winner from 3rd place 3) No Fulani ever attacked the Judiciary in any of Buhari's loses 4) No Fulani ever circulated the pictures, names of the judges , their family members, grand children on social media for personal and mob attack 5) The Fulanis didn't turn the rest of Nigeria into their enemies just because they didn't support Buhari at that time |

jmoore: I can vivdly remember how Donald Duke bragged about being learned when he was still governor of Crossrivers. He was addressing journalists and he indirectly made a statement that lawyers are more learned than journalists.
Ego runs in Nigeria in almost everything. Some that have bsc will say they are better than hnd graduates. I have been in court several times, and have been disappointed many times by the performance of some lawyers representing their clients. If what you are saying is true, that means Duke is correct because Law is a professional course and you are not learnered untill you are called to bar and given a license to practice but in jonalism any Rufai, Oseni and Harry can be a jonalist Other learnered professions are: Engineers Doctors (both human and animal) Architecture Nursing Pharmacy Etc |
