OP your budget can get you the specs you want in a laptop. You can head to konga and search for one. But in case you need value for money, you can buy a used one for less.

Now the laptop wont charge full, normally it supposed to charge to 100% and then show charged! but now it will charge to 87% and show plugged in not charging.

What can be the cause.

1. Faulty charger (try a new charger)
2. Faulty battery (try a new battery)
3. Faulty motherboard

Just pray it's not the 3rd one. Also stop charging your laptop with small generator
