Hi haute mama's in d house, hapi bumping, u all re haute.

I jst summoned d courage after d little Gist wif Rukemi291, pls pardon me oo. It's due 2 d challenges am facing ND dnt rilly knw how to spil it out, dats y iIwanted to talk to her tru pm.

Got married ND dir was nid 4 relocation,had to beg Dh to relocate to lagos cos of d industries dat abound here, cos his bearly making ends meet in Benue state doh he has a trade test on industrial/electrical installation and rewinding, including d repairs of home appliances.

We jst got d apartment ND he's yet to com bk for fear of d unknown, lik getting wot to do immediately, ND I teach in a secondary school in ilasamaja lagos were d pay is bearly enough for a family.

Right now we re stock ND dnt knw wot to do, no money, not even hav iIgotten a pin for my baby team September.

Dh is willing to work as far as dir AR opportunities to do so, pls ND pls, in anyway d haute mama's can help, be it job for my dh, in any little way, it Wil go a long way in helping us to our feet.

Always prescribed for almost all d preggy mamas to prevent malaria from d growing foetus. U will be given like 2 tyms before delivery.

The great physician will attend to u, and u shall b healed.

When we got to d hospital, I headed straight to d delivery room and immediately I entered I saw one of our church member, it was as if they pour cold water on me, I was calm immediately. Because she was d one God used for me all through.
Will be back later.

To d main story now, September 21 no show no sign. so I called my eldest sis (she has bn monitoring me from day one and she is med practitioner) on d 25 that nothing dey happen o and she prayed for me. At evening time I had a long walk with dh, I showered when I came bak laid on d bed o without my pant on (I didn't wear pant throughout d pregnancy period). arnd 12 mid night, my water broke I got up and woke up hubby that I have pee on d bed, as I was saying it fluid started gushing out, use my pad and carry my kaya, I told him to take me to FMC that my mind didn't go to private hospital. (strike was called off on 21st September).

Early scan gave me 18th and 22nd as Edd, 18th came and no show, on 20th I came here when I saw blood, headed to the hospital, was checked,doc said I'm in labour and should bring my bag that night cos anything can happen before daybreak, so I went to the hospital that night around 10pm, started having contractions after I was checked in the afternoon but still bearable.

Got to the hospital with MIL, was placed on admission, drip was given, and the contractions was getting stronger, so I tot it was the drip, but I learnt later say no be d drip, I'm in labour truly, Mil couldn't sleep, she kept praying.

Nurse came to check me around 2am, see as I dey shout, Na so I wake everybody o. She came back by 6:15, checked and said we have to rush to the delivery room before you born for her
P.s my breast milk isn't flowing much, what can I do pls?

Keep taking Liquiy/fluid (water to be precise). Above all enough rest. Pele.

will like to share my BS, but I think its oudated already cos its 8month now.

@Feddy, try and take hot tea/water. u can get lozenges and lick or cotta.

Don't mind my dh, even to birth 1kg no be moinmoin. My sermon is just to avoid to much carbohydrates and drinks that can make foetus to have unnecessary weight.

I have read the bolded for about 5times now and I still can't figure what it means.

What he was trying to say was that if a woman has difficulty in pushing, it will affect d baby but might not be an immediate implication. Myself for example, when I wanted to give birth I didn't know how to push and d nurse was shouting that I should not injure d baby, and my EDD mate that gave birth before me has same challenge and d baby was admitted because she was in distress. though my baby weigh 3.2kg at birth and now 11.2kg @8months. In all : delivery process has its own role in our lifestyle.

Hmmmn.. If there is anything after prayer I have done that, I've been to several moutains ,fasted, gone to several marriage counselor (he is also a marriage counselor)
Sometimes I wonder what he teaches young couple who comes to him for counselling.
Some even come to me and tell me how dh restored their marriages and I just go in to cry that why is ours crumbling.
I was almost getting cream to make me fair (all those girls are always fair). It is that bad!
Now he is delving into politics and I know more is yet to come.
I'm just tired.

Ma, I watched a Yoruba film similar to this ur case, the man in question is a pastor and help people to restore their marriage but his home is under fire. Wat d woman was tat she woke d man up in d middle of d night and first praised him then told him they need to discuss. She told d referred d man to many instances that has happened to people and in which God has used him to restored peace to people home, told him how he is leading people to heaven and him going into hell. She told him that his preaching is do as I say and don't do as I do, she talked some senses into him but with regards and respect. To cap it all, she asked him what he will tell God on Judgement day. She told a story which I can't remember sha but those talk really hurt d man and eventually thank d wife and he changed for better. though its a film but I learnt from it. Now ma, I will implore u to pray for God's direction to let him know that he is hurting himself and not u, ask him how he will give account on judgement day, ask him how he help others construct their family while his is on d verge of collapsing above all always pray for his ministry to have impact in his own life. peace.

So sorry for ur loss, this is extremely a painful exit. Her body has not fully recovered couple with d stress of taking care of a baby and being pregnant again, its not easy o, her strength really failed her. It takes sometime to be fully recovered from pregnancy to labour and nursing d child, child spacing is very important. May God keep this baby for her o. Hope her mother is still alive to take d custody of the baby. This is very hard to bear.

Hello mamas. Ayam a ftm mum. My daughter is oneweek3days. I noticed some kinda rash on her forehead like heatrash. No it has gotten to her neck n back . M getting scared. I showed the dr wen we went for check. She said it will clear, its common but m jus scared.
It doesn't disturb her and she isn't uncomfortable.

It will clear off, but I will advice u use rising powder for her.meanwhile, pls adjust that earing for her and turn it d other way round I.e d pin/hook should be atd front to avoid injuring d little baby.

Pls madam, castor oil is not safe for babies, pregnant mothers and lactating mothers. Normal for EBF babies to go for days without defecating, as long as he is passing gas, he s perfectly okay. don't be scared. keep breastfeeding him.

Comtem2011, please dont give that baby, expiry date is just to show the shelf life. Once you open any product, air and its content interact with it and it begins to lose value or worse gets contaminated.

Hian according to old wives tale. Making or allowing a baby stand before he is old enough causes bow legs.

bow leg is caused by vit D deficiency. every babies have bow leg (not that visible) cos their leg were folded for 9 months so it will take 2 years to b straightened.
