When I joined the company, I was not informed that my work activities could be remotely accessed or monitored. Recently, I logged into my personal email on the company laptop to retrieve a few documents. During this time, I noticed unusual activity, such as my mouse pointer moving on its own and words being added in places where I did not type them.

This unexpected activity has made me feel quite uncomfortable. Upon reviewing my contract and the information provided during my onboarding, I found no mention of remote monitoring or access.

I wasn't told and it wasn't also added to the contract I signed,I would also appreciate guidance on what steps I should take in this situation to ensure my privacy and security.

A young lady has shared a video of her parents who are pastors, denigrating her for asking for an iPhone 8 as a birthday present.



In the video, her father was heard telling her to sell her body and get an iPhone if that’s what she wants. He repeatedly stated that he has not seen anything that shows that his future is secured with her.



The man also claimed that while people who got admission to study medicine have not asked for an iPhone, his daughter who didn’t even get admission to study Yoruba is asking for one.



He further claimed that most girls with such phones are corrupt and his daughter can tow the same lane if that’s what she wants. According to him, his daughter should be asking him to start saving money for her education and not ask for a phone.



The girl’s mother also backed her husband, accusing her daughter of bringing her “only pain”.

Tucker Carlson is planning to air an interview with the convicted con artist who claims he had drug-fueled sex acts with Barack Obama.

In a promo clip on the social media platform X, the former Fox News host teased the interview with Larry Sinclair, who alleges Obama bought and smoked cocaine with him before they had a sexual encounter in 1999


In the teaser clip for the Carlson interview, Sinclair is seen claiming that, in 1999, he gave Obama $250 to purchase cocaine, which Sinclair snorted and Obama smoked, before the two men had a sexual liaison.

A spokesperson for Obama's personal office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Tuesday evening.

Sinclair has a lengthy criminal history, including convictions on forgery, fraud and larceny charges, and has served prison time in Arizona, Florida and Colorado.

In 2008, when Sinclair first aired his claims, Politico reported on the saga, noting that the 'story has generally been ignored by the mainstream media, because he's been unable to substantiate his allegations.'

In June 2008, Sinclair rented a room at the National Press Club in Washington DC, and spoke for an hour, going into great detail about two sexual liaisons he claimed to have had with Obama in 1999, one in the back of a limo and another in a hotel room in Gurnee, Illinois.

Sinclair claimed that a limo driver introduced him to Obama after Sinclair asked for help connecting with someone to 'party,' and that Obama, then an Illinois state senator, readily introduced himself with his real name and job title.

The press conference ended in Sinclair's arrest on an open warrant from Delaware, after liberal bloggers who supported Obama apparently tipped off DC police to his scheduled appearance.

For more than a decade, Sinclair's claims were taken seriously only by the furthest fringe of conspiracy theorists, and had largely receded from public discourse.

Last week, Carlson revived the long-defunct controversy in a podcast interview.

Carlson, 54, speaking on the popular Adam Carolla Show last week, said: 'In 2008, it became really clear that Barack Obama had been having sex with men and smoking crack.'

'A guy came forward, Larry Sinclair, and said 'I'll sign an affidavit' and he did, 'I'll do a lie detector' and he did,' he added, calling Sinclair's claims 'obviously true.'

In fact, Sinclair notoriously failed the lie detector test in 2008, and then publicly accused Obama adviser David Axelrod of bribing the examiners to rig the results, according to Courthouse News Service.

Sinclair's history of sworn statements is also dubious. In 2001, he signed an affidavit claiming to be 'terminally ill' as he sought to have a warrant dismissed, although more than two decades later he appears to still be alive.

Carlson was fired by Fox News in April, and has since been producing his own show on X, the website formerly known as Twitter.

The pundit has claimed he was fired as a condition of Fox News' $787 million settlement with Dominion Voting Systems to end a lawsuit concerning the spread of lies about the 2020 presidential election.

Other media reports have claimed Carlson was fired over incendiary communications uncovered during the lawsuit.


Private messages sent by Carlson with 'highly offensive and crude remarks' were a 'catalyst' in Fox's decision to cut him loose, according to the New York Times.

Sending kids to holiday lessons makes no sense.

Most of you will make your kids go to school till they become useless. You took them to school at age 3 and abandon them there. During long vacation you still send them to school. To do what?

Can't you spend time to bond with your kids? What exactly are they going to achieve in school during vacation? Vacation lesson only favour school owners, not you. Allow kids rest for God's sake.

If you should engage kids during long vacation then teach them skills. Enrol your kids in centres that they can learn practical computer usage, coding, programming, painting and decoration, catering, musical instruments. Let them learn martial art, how to shot guns, how to wrestle. Teach them something beyond pure academics.

If a school should organize long vacation class then it should gear towards extra curricula activities - debate, modelling, music concert, science fair, mini project. How would you call kids back to school during holiday to learn Math, English, Chemistry, Social studies, accounting, by same teachers that taught them during school period. What is the difference? If these teachers knew what to teach why didn't they do it during normal school session.

Education is beyond memorizing facts. Give your kids opportunity to develop and be better prepare for life.

I'm currently a 400 level student of Enugu State University Of Science And Technology, Computer Engineering, and we're currently facing a big issue, which the management of the school wants to keep hidden.

Here's what's happening,We wrote a practical on Feg293 when we were in 300 level First semester and I all submitted my practical manuals and made sure to attend the Classes the lecturer did have with us. So I'm currently in 400 level 1st semester and our Results for the course was released,and to my very surprise I had missing scripts

Upon seeing I had a missing scripts, I noticed that 80% of the class had missing scripts also. And the lecturer is requesting that we all make Payments of ₦7000 before we have our original results uploaded and assigned to us , and failure to do so will result in us having carryovers

And the whole class is just keeping mute on this matter fearing the lecturer and not wanting to say anything, please I know that we can get our voices heard,this is not right

To exacerbate the situation, a staggering 75 percent of the class was absent during the said exam. It is both alarming and bewildering that such a significant number of students were not adequately informed or given the opportunity to participate in an assessment that directly impacts our academic progress. Furthermore, we were taken aback by the response provided by our class representative, who merely suggested a rewrite of the exam without addressing the core issues at hand.

We implore the administration to thoroughly investigate this matter and shed light on the circumstances surrounding this delayed exam. It is crucial to ascertain who bears the responsibility for the loss of results and the subsequent late release. As students who have diligently registered for our 400 level courses and are currently undergoing examinations, this situation casts a shadow of doubt over the integrity and efficiency of the university's administrative processes.

We respectfully request that immediate action be taken to rectify this unfortunate situation and provide us with the answers we deserve.
