And for your information the PSW route was only reintroduced on July 1, 2021. So you can't use a video that is 2 years earlier as the basis of your arguments.

Hi. It has actually been approved. ADB reviewer is different from ADB_Reviewer_Disbursement. And I have been to the bank already. The bank charges have been deducted from my account too. Just waiting for disbursement. Thanks.

Hi, go submit your docs at the bank. ADB reviewer means they haven't approved it on Trade Portal.

Had same issue. Choose Swift, bank officer said not a problem. Currently at ADB_REVIEWER_DISBURSEMENT stage after 8 days with Zenith Bank.

I provided 5 out of 6. Then the conditional offer turned to unconditional. I am in the process of fulfilling the 6th condition.

If it is for visa purposes upload your WAEC certificate where you have the credit score in English Language.

In all fairness to Hull, a proof of English Language is always required. It is written on their website.

And it is a bit jumpy on your part to make the 2k deposit without first meeting other requirements.

Personally, the deposit was the last thing I did. And I was given an unconditional offer after meeting 5 other requirements out of 6.

Try and upload your WAEC certificate if you have at least C5 in English Language or write IELTS.

my sister applied to the university of hull submitted all docs and got a conditional offer, after which she was required to pay 2k pounds. now the school is asking for English proficiency which they never had issues with before taking our 2k pounds.

can anyone suggest what we can do or are there any good schools with quick admission processes and less stressful admission procedures?

If your admission letter has details of your school fees on it, please use that. That was what I used and it was accepted.

So he said, he has this family friend, an eligible bachelor, who wants a decent lady and I'm the one that comes to mind each time the guy mentions it because since he's be dealing with me, he can vouch that I'm a very honest, hard-working and decent lady. So he would want the bro to have me.
That was how I got to meet bro.

Now fastforward to the main reason of this post.
There was this particular day we tripped out to cool off and discuss about US. So we got talking and planning on how to build our home in a way that we will not be caught unawares with some setbacks and unplanned responsibilities. So the issue of children came up and I suggested we have only one, which he reluctantly accepted after much convincing. So we tried to look at ways we can maintain that decision and I suggested a vasectomy. citing the possibilities of health risks (as a result of mismatches ) and failures that might occur if the family planning is done on me but with vasectomy, no issues. He looked me in the eyes and said, "my darling" no!

I was dumbfounded.... And became a little worried because, if he has no plans of having more children, why would he kick against the idea of a vasectomy?

If we are going to be one and follow one course, why shying away from a plan that will benefit us as a couple and a family?


Could it be, he only agreed to have one with me and plans to have more else where?
Is vasectomy a life threatening condition?

I was still trying to wrap my head around his refusal, when he said, it will be done on you ( the family planning). That instant, I felt all alone, like im on my own. So I told him I needed to cool off, and he said feel free.
I left the tent and went to the waters prentending to be playing with the water. He came and dragged me out of the water. we strolled without a word and I asked him to take me home. He did.

He called when he got home. I was cold to him so, he promised to call again but since then Ive refused to pick his calls or reply his texts.

The big question is ..
WHY DID HE BLUNTLY REFUSE A VASECTOMY?

COULD HE HAVE ULTERIOR MOTIVES?

IS IT NOT BETTER TO OPT OUT NOW THAN PRETEND I DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE AND END UP IN REGRETS?

Start the Australian or Canadian PR program now that age is still on your side. Thankfully, money won't be an issue as you have the financial power to process it. Give or take, you will need 4 to 4.5m for the entire process including PoF.

And you don't have to pay anyone to do it for you, there's enough DIY resources here on Nairaland to start with.

By the time you get there, it becomes easier for you to do your Masters at a far cheaper cost and in a good school because of your PR status. And of cos, more investment and career opportunities are laid bare to you simply because you'd be more exposed, live and work legally in a country that works.

From the remaining money, retain your business capital. You can also get a plot of land in a good location. Perfect the C of O and continue with your hustling. When you start making more over there, you can come back to build your house.

I wish someone pointed me to this when I was your age. Now, I am in my late 30s, self-employed, newly married, a landlord in Lagos but guess what, I have started with the PR route.

Nothing is certain here in Nigeria. The value of your 11m now is not the same about this time last year and I doubt if it would get better by December.
