My aunt just called me to inform me about an ongoing riot at abraka after the Niger bridge towards asaba town. Please is anybody near or around there to confirm? I'm hearing that the army are being driven in to disperse the rampaging crowd. If you're in asaba please stay indoors for the weekend in case this gets out of hand. This is serious |
tsdarkside:You're sounding like gowon that time he boasted of wiping out the biafrans under 3 days but ended up fighting them for 3 years The worst thing is that Nigerian army couldn't win them straight up but had to result to the starvation strategy of war which killed millions of biafrans, they employed the hunger strategy after fighting for just over a year with all the international support they were getting throughout the war. The worst is that it wasn't even the biafran soldiers that were dying but the innocent women and children there. Till today many of those biafran soldiers are alive albeit being old, they see what's happening and know that if it continues this way there would be another uprising and once again biafra may prove why the Nigerian army are not capable of stopping any organized radical group in the country. |
luvinhubby:Oga do you have the automatic compressor (variable displacement) for EOD? |

GAZZUZZ:jesu The wheel actually tilts and steers a bit to the right once I'm driving straight and leave the steering wheel alone. I did wheel alignment today but nothing changed. How were you able to diagnose this fault by just hearing of my replaced steering beam and the horn issue and what should I do to remedy it? Thanks |
I changed the steering beam of the car yesterday and now my horn doesn't sound anytime I depress the steering although other buttons like cruise and radio buttons work ![]() kazeem claims he didn't spoil it but electrician says he did. Now I'm being told that I would change the part that controls the whole steering wheel buttons or he would construct an external horn for me like those danfo type ![]() Isn't there a way to work on this particular one? Because only the horn spoilt must I change everything? Now I'm joining two wires dangerously while driving to horn I told electro to leave it for me like that first say money no dey |

Josephjnr:In a civil democratic country unarmed protesters are not supposed to be shot at with live ammunition, highest they use rubber bullets or water canons if the protest turns violent and becomes vandalism I'm not sure our current Nigeria police have any ammunition that isn't live. I've never heard of any stray news that a policeman shot someone with rubber bullets before. What I'm trying to say is that no one is supposed to die in a peaceful protest but sometimes things get out of hand, sane countries know this and are prepared for it but not Nigeria. Here one of them get shot dead and that silences only a tiny voice out of the multitude of protesters and thus make things worse Nigeria is a wonderful country but we need a new set of leaders, these politicians hounding us up and down every few years because of elections aren't patriotic at all. If a leader isn't patriotic he can never love the people he's governing therefore the country loses focus and back slides. So since our leaders have rigged Nigeria to their benefit some people that see decays of various degrees in every aspect of the country are now agitating for a difference. That's just the movement in a nutshell. We all know that Nigeria will rather go to war than do things the right way but that only fuels the movement since it's a justified one. The simple truth (taking into consideration the past 30 years) is that if by chance biafra is a reality today in the next 30 years it's economy will surpass that of Nigeria if we choose to remain with these same set of leaders who can't even be held accountable for anything they do. Fighting and dying for biafra is like a sacrifice, a sacrifice for a better tomorrow for our kids. I know I have at least 50 more years to be on this earth and I don't want to be hearing my grandkids shouting "up nepa" as I have been doing since I was born till this very day. What is it that Nigeria lacks? Money? Resources? Manpower? We've always had all these perks right from inception but our leaders haven't any vision on how to tap into the country's various potentials because of corruption. I love Nigeria because it's my country but if Nigeria decides not to love me back I will disown it. Nigerians better wake up and start stoning our corrupt leaders and recalling the ones who don't know what they are doing. We need to educate the illiterate citizens that their votes are the key to moving the country forward. I don't blame the biafrans for agitating, it's their right being exercised but it's too bad Nigeria don't play by the rules. |
the thing is that finally finally there's nothing anyone's going to do about this result. you think those lecturers will decide to remark scripts? well depends on the school sha e fit happen omo see 2013/2014 mat number for there |

Boko haram are also agitating for an Islamic state but they have never used words, Do you want ipob to become like them now? For a few words to make everyone jumpy I believe the saying that " the pen is mightier than the sword " is soo true |
