Then get only a new engine and transplant it. Get original gearbox oil to do a flush on your usual gearbox and at the same time buy synthetic oil for your new engine.

You can buy the oils at the market or get a good deal from luvinhubby and dru23, they have the competitive prices for original Honda oils on this forum for now.
