Beloved,
  If you're not yet successful, your success starts now. If you're successful but want to go beyond that and leave behind a great legacy, this article is also for you.

Success is a sum total of your choices, actions and decisions. Especially if you desire not to merely be a flash in the pan, that just shines for a while and vanishes like a vapour.

Are your latest choices, actions and decisions Tension Relieving or Goal achieving?

Are you merely surviving or are you living life to the fullest?

Today I want to talk or teach about how to make decisions that are better and more profitable on the long run. Decisions that make you have long lasting SUCCESS.

1. Always speculatively preview how things would look like on the long run:
  Most of us just look at how things are presently, or today the now look of things are no indicators of the long run.
  You may derive some sort of advantage now from doing certain things, but 5,10 or 20 years from now, will you look back in joy or in regret?

This is a proactive question you should ask yourself when taking a major step or making  a major decision. If a decision is bad, you'll notice it by at least 5 years of executing it and have enough time to make readjustments.

2. Sacrifice a handful to get a bag full:

  The principle of sacrifice is universal it works across all boards.

Zig Ziglar once said; "If what you have in your hands are little, make them a seed"

Imagine being hungry but all you have are a few seeds of maize in your hands (a handful of maize seeds) Instead of cooking and eating them, sow them in the soil and nurture them.
  Eventually, after a while you'll have a bag full of maize.
What was very little and barely enough to fill you up, has now become plenty.
  Now if you go a step further and sacrifice the full bag of maize, you'll harvest a warehouse full of maize worth millions.

Learn how to often sacrifice being strong to become stronger.

3. The war is more important than the battle:
  What makes a team top of the league table are a sum total of how they perform in each and every match during the season.
  Some matches are often inevitably lost but there are matches or games that are marked "must win" and if by all means you win them, you will surely emerge at the summit of the food chain.

  Always fight each of life's battles with a bigger perspective.

For example:
The aim of political elections is to put the right person in the political office to rightly govern the affairs of the nation and evoke development that will benefit the People.
  That is a bigger picture than sentiments (my Brother wants to be in power, if he gets there he proudly represents our tribe) is your Brother able to win the war?
  That's the most important question.
   The war is more important than the battle. The reason why the Bible says it's unwise to gain the world and lose your soul is because it doesn't make sense to lose a war just to win a battle.

4. Never give up!
If many people don't like me now, they will like me later.
  That's what I used to say when I was not yet well known by many as an eloquent public speaker and writer.
  Although I'm quite known in some sectors presently, i'm still aiming for greater heights and I predict that if you're reading this article 10 or 20 years from now, my prophecy has been fulfilled.

No matter what hits you on the track, don't give up.
  If you trip and fall, get up dust yourself up and continue running.

Don't stop when you're tired, stop when you're done.

"Never give up if you want to live up to all expectations"

5. Be very well informed.

Information is practically and basically everything.

A young girl who isn't pre informed of what happens to her body during adolescence will panic when she sees blood oozing out from her at certain ages.

Just as that matters, so does having the right and adequate information.

Misinformation leads to deformities and anomalies.
Do not let People only tell you what you love to hear, what if what you hate hearing is the best information needed for your growth and proper formation?

6. It takes more than being good to get to heaven:
  Hell has so many good people in it. Yes there are so many good People in hell, why because they're just good. They make no effort to go beyond being good.

When you're okay with just being good, the gates of heaven will remain closed to you.

A person who is okay with "just being good" is the person whom Jesus calls "A rich Man" and Jesus rightly says: "It's difficult for a rich Man to enter the Kingdom of God (Heaven)"

Stretch beyond your limits.

7. Perfection comes from GOD:
The truth is miracles happen but we are the ones to build the stage for miracles to express themselves.
If there is nothing built, miracles remain in the abstract.
  Do everything you can plus extra.
Then GOD will perfect it.
The best of Man can only be excellent, the success that eventually materializes come from GOD.

8. Keep your hands clean:
Don't do the wrong things, don't step on People's toes to make progress, don't be a bandit. Be a hero.

Be careful, grateful and prayerful.

Remain Blessed and always be nothing less than the best.

10 things you shouldn't attach your self worth or self esteem to:
(1.) Having Financial/Material Success: Being Successful financially/materially is only a physically manifestaction of what already exists in the invisible realm. Cash and money are not the same thing, Money is invisible and infinite but cash is finite.
Cash isn't just what you have in your wallet, it includes what you have as investments, account balance, materials, networth, assets etc (these are means of making invisible money become visible cash).
(2) Ancestral/Parental/Family Background: The very fact that you exist at all is a miracle. No matter your ancestral, parental, tribal or filial background. There's nothing holding you back from being the best and greatest version of yourself,
(3) Having no weaknesses: Having weaknesses/flaws doesn't mean you don't have strengths. There's no Human in existence that doesn't have a weakness or flaw, we all do but all you need to do is focus more on your strengths and grow with them while you manage and negotiate with the weaknesses because they are all a part of your core personality.
Let People know you for your strengths not by your weaknesses.
(4.) Acceptance/Approval: Being rejected by anyone or by any group of People doesn't take a drop out of your value as a Human. A crumpled $100 Dollar bill will still buy the same amount of groceries a crisp or fresh one would. The disapproval of People doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. Infact, the last time I checked, People are more likely to reject you and disapprove of you when you're doing very very well. Keep on keeping on.
(5.) Public Opinions/Popularity: Some of the greatest Persons in history were not very popular in the public opinion polls. Yet History speaks of them as great.
Prophet Jeremiah for example, during his prime time, he wasn't very popular amongst the regular Isrealite celebrities, most of his Prophecies came to pass, yet it caused more resentment. Inspite of that he authored 2 great books in the old testament and was labelled as a major prophet by the Nicene council.
Being labelled as a Minor Prophet even doesn't take a jot out of your worth or value as a Human. You are great because God has made you Great!
(6) Being Loved: Being Loved by People feels quite good but the reverse doesn't mean you're less valuable than you truly are.
People get hated especially because they're not clearly understood, or because the hater doesn't even know why he/she hates the hated. Ask them, why do you hate Mr/Miss Xyz? they'll say "I don't know"
Whether you're loved or not loved you are a person of great worth and value.
(7) Absence of Troubles/Issues/Challenges:
Some People seem to live their lives peacefully and quietly, while to some others, life seems like an endless myriad of chaos and trouble, being in the latter group doesn't mean you hate lost all your worth or value as a Human, you are a valuable person both in peace or in trouble,
8. Having Disabilities: Having physical disabilities doesn't mean you're less valuable than your counterparts, you are a lovely and beautiful creation of God and you have great worth and value,
(9.) Not Winning/Always Losing: Some Athletes have never won gold, some pupils never came first in class, infact in some cases the narrative may be worse but beloved, none of these takes a drop out of your worth of value as a Human Being.
You're wonderfully at fearfully made, the God who cobbled and knitted you piece by piece in the womb has a very high price and value on you and in you and he looks after his treasure always.
(10) Good Looks: Some of the most beautiful souls I've ever encountered didn't look so pretty, and some of the worst persons I've encountered had good looks. Never let your physical appearance determine your self worth or self esteem. No matter how many times an endomorph/mesomorph goes to the gym or diets, he/she will still most likely get fat. No matter how many calories of fat an ectomorph consumes he or she will still most likely remain slim.
(11.) How Educated you are:
Being educated is a good thing but it's not being educated that boosts your self worth or self esteem. It's being blessed that does so. Did you know you're blessed long before you got enrolled by your parents to a creche or a nursery school. Having a PhD doesn't make you better, it's being blessed that makes you better.
So love yourself as you are, you don't really need to have yourself cut into pieces while the plastic surgeon gets rich.
