Our leaders are jokers. The higher education they acquire, the more confused they are in governance. |
Where is she from? |
What is Special about that? It has always been the procedure for court to grant such access to the complainant. It didn't start today. And for anybody who may be thinking that court will quash this election so that Nigeria will start spending such huge amount of resources for another election, that person needs mental check up. Also, to think that court will ask buhari to hand over to Atiku, is too much thinking. |
ngoxievergreen:As if your online rantings has helped anyone or even changed any voting pattern. |
Bloggers and stupid headlines. How can a state house of assembly member step down for a gubernatorial candidate, are they contesting the same office ? |
myhotbrain:He was simply quoting PDP's campaign slogans. |
JeromeBlack:If you can't buy food that will last for 10,000 you go and farm. Those countries you refer to have many of their graduates farming. And this government has been loud encouraging people to go into farming with a lot of incentives. So You don't sit in your living room expecting government or any other person to farm and produce foods that will last for you. |
Excaperx:You see how they teleguide people like you. Because someone sat down and wrote pieces of rubbish in his far away country where his sources of information was from one unforgiving PDP opposition, you suddenly caved in by saying that international bodies did not support Atiku. From all that happend leading to the presidential election, between Atiku and Buhari who got more support from international community? It was Obviously Atiku, such that a whole America had to swallow their pride by giving him seven days waiver to visit the country after several decades of ban. They only started congratulating buhari when against all odds, he beat all of them in their games. And I am very happy that For the first time, America and most of these countries who want to continue to colonise us, failed to influence the outcome of our election. Even China that has contributed more to our development in recent times, did not interfere in our electionaring process. So these ones can go ahead and be writing all sorts of nonsense it doesn't matter. Have they ever seen anything good in us? |
Meddlesome interlopers and busy bodies. |
We are seriously maturing. |
Until EFCC confirm the arrest, I don't believe this party with the false alarm they have been blowing since this electionaring campaign. from Peter obi's account being frozen, to buba galadima being arrested, and Atiku's son in law being arrested for doing nothing etc. |
Is it not Sahara reporters and their fake news. I queried the rationale behind that kind of a thing when I first read the news that Tinubu banned Ajimobi from appearing in the party campaigns. Because the whole thing looks like Ajimobi is a little boy who is being prevented from coming to spill waters or that Apc is Tinubu's personal property that he unilaterally decides what happens. |
Anybody canvassing for government of national unity should just have a rethink of what will happen to our democracy if such an idea is ever implemented. It will just kill opposition and reduce the country to a semblance of one party system. Which will be very bad. |
For those that criticise and rubbish everything done in this country, they can see that Nigerian problem is not about the age of Those running the affairs, but Their committment, sincerity of purpose, corruption etc. Look at this man started contesting elections in America as far back as 1971 that's about 40 years ago. Today, he is running for the office of the American president. I will not even be surprised to see those who criticise the fact that buhari ruled Nigeria about the same time, and he is still ruling us this time, coming out to praise and eulogies this man. And that is what I call hypocrisy. But When you give them assigment, they riddle it with corruption and ineptitude. |
Agritech:You are the true son of your father. You shall surely be counted when Intelligent people are counted. You know whenever It goes against their personal wishes, they forget everything said by God. As a Christian, we know that God has purpose for every occasion. And nothing happens under the sun without Gods approval. But These ones make it look like God lied when he said these things. They throw away the very important instruction of God which asked us to praise him in all situations. |
For me a true virgin is one who has never engaged in any form of sexual activities. And not just one whose hemen is still intact. so if you have engaged in such sexual activities like, romance, arousal kissing, MouthAction etc, you are no longer a virgin regardless of whether your hemen has been broken or not. |
Dubious headline. Tinubu or party leadership that banned him? How can that be possible? |
Emu4life:You responded as if he addressed you or something you represent, are you pig? |
BillGoldberg:Stop being stupidly emotional and preaching hatred for a matter you lack good knowledge of. Please this also goes to those who are also saying that it should go to the south East. The house has a standing rule which makes it compulsory that for anybody to be a Senate president or speaker, he or she must be a ranking member. By that, it means that you are not coming as a lawmaker for the first time. I have checked the list of those who won in the south East for both senate and the house of representatives in APC, they are all first timers. They are going as lawmakers for the first time, that automatically disqualifies them from being Senate president or speaker of the house of representatives. So let's state the obvious truth and stop passing falsehood. And you can't say they should change the law because of people who despite knowing the law, ignored that and chose the other side. As an Igbo man, I sincerely wished we were not politically naive as we have exhibited in 2015 and again in 2019 by forbidding to play the right politics even when the obvious was staring at us. We had some returning members of the national assembly in APC from the south East who contested, but We pushed them aside either in the primary election or in the election proper. |
Redoil:Just for likes and shares that has never helped you since you started being stupid, yet you are still posting nonsense waiting for the same likes and shares. And if you must beg for gari and sugar before you eat, why are you feeling bad that you are referred to as being lazy? Or you want to be called a fool before you become serious and look for something meaningful to do? |
Donald95:You are too dirty and empty. |
CodeTemplar:If you read my post properl, you will find out that I was not particular about winners or any church. I referred to all the churches. You should also research to find out if what I said about the missionaries and how churches should be impacting the community especially the poor is true or not. |
Chubhie:Like what? Please i am not saying he was never a legend based on what we read about him. but Stop sounding vague, just mention what and what you are referring to. |
Chubhie:You what life experience do you have of awolowo? The only thing you probably know of him may just be what you were told or read. So don't equate it to a personal experience else you want to sound immodest. |
It was very obvious indeed. |
Reading the article, the writer seems to suggest that people are against the church from contributing to education. No. What people are actually saying is that almost all the schools built by the churches in Nigeria are exclusively reserved for the rich. Because, about 90% of the followers can't afford the fees being charged. Whereas, when the missionaries brought us education among other things, their aim was to reach out to the poor, as against what is being practised today which takes to the rich instead. |
Medicine after death. After humiliating him at the polls. |
tuniski:He would have been history you said? Do you think that those northern Places you called conservatives exhausted their voting capacity? No, just check the number of them that didn't vote as well based on the number of pvc collected, so You can balance your judgment. Besides, how are you sure that those that didn't come out to vote in the ss/se would have voted atiku? This was the same mistake atiku and his handlers made prior to the election. They felt that every breathing human being in the two regions would vote for them. They failed to take cognizance of the fact that Apc and buhari has made serious inroads into those places since after the 2015 election. That's why they refused to plan and put checks in place to thwart Apc's encroachment. Hence, out of about two million votes casted in the south East, APC got above 403k while Pdp got about 1.6 million. Nobody including you imagined that. |
jrusky:It's not about having the highest number of voters card. Rather, it's about coming out to vote. Do you know that Abia state has about 1.7 million pvc collected, but Just above 300k came out to vote. Lagos has 5.5 million but Only about one million came out to vote. Whose fault? Besides, do you know that borno and yobe states have more of their indigens in IDP camps? And those camps were provided with polling units since 2015 election. So It's easier to get block votes there because many of the voters are already in locations which also serve as their voting points. |
chemgee:Yes Lagos has the highest number of Pvc collected at about 5.5 million. But Only about one million came out to vote. Whose fault if I may ask? |
tuniski:Out of the 17 states he won, 13 were from the south, where as he won only 4 out of the 19 states in the north including Abuja. So he certainly not strong there. |
Gamaye said that the electorate also voted for the APC presidential candidate because of their firm belief that his second coming would end insurgency, address humanitarian crisis, fast track rehabilitation and resettlement of displaced communities as well as restore peace to the war tone state. He added: “Atiku never visited Borno to sympathize with the people affected by the insurgency in the past nine years. “On the contrary, Buhari accorded priority to the counter insurgency campaign, recorded significant successes in addressing humanitarian crisis. “Thousands of people in insurgents’ captivity were freed and resettled in liberated communities, provided livelihoods support and enrolled into peace building programmes. “Looking at Buhari’s achievements, how do you expect the people of Borno to vote for Atiku? People in the northeast recognize and appreciate the efforts of the APC-led Federal Government”. |
